【摘要】：政府購買圖書館服務(wù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式是政府選擇哪種契約關(guān)系與圖書館服務(wù)生產(chǎn)者合作,向社會(huì)公眾提供圖書館服務(wù)。本文構(gòu)建了市場(chǎng)型契約關(guān)系、參與型契約關(guān)系和網(wǎng)絡(luò)型契約關(guān)系的理論框架,選取三個(gè)案例,對(duì)政府購買圖書館服務(wù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式進(jìn)行了分析,提出了優(yōu)化政府購買圖書館服務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)方式的政策性建議和進(jìn)一步研究的方向。
[Abstract]:The way of government purchasing library service is which contract relationship the government chooses to cooperate with library service producer to provide library service to the public.This paper constructs the theoretical framework of market-based contractual relationship, participatory contractual relationship and network-based contractual relationship, and analyzes the realization of government purchase of library services by selecting three cases.This paper puts forward some policy suggestions and further research directions for optimizing the way of government purchasing library service.
