【摘要】：本文使用CiteSpace引文空間分析軟件,以Web of Science(WoS)引文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)為數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源,計(jì)量分析數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中657篇與情緒感染相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),情緒感染研究始于1990年,并呈逐年增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì)。研究在地理空間上的分布很不均衡,主要集中在美國(guó),中國(guó)的情緒感染研究尚處于起步階段。目前國(guó)際上對(duì)情緒感染的研究主要集中在心理學(xué)和經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)科,尤其以心理學(xué)為多。心理學(xué)方向的研究偏重于個(gè)體情緒感染機(jī)制及情緒感染與群體行為間的關(guān)系;經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)方向的情緒感染研究則集中在服務(wù)領(lǐng)域。目前,輿情領(lǐng)域所開(kāi)展的情緒感染研究非常少。筆者認(rèn)為,輿情研究者可以參考心理學(xué)及計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法,結(jié)合情緒感染的"模仿—回饋機(jī)制",借鑒成熟的情緒量表,研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情中情緒感染的動(dòng)態(tài)變化。
[Abstract]:Using CiteSpace citation space analysis software and Web of Science WoS citation database as the data source, 657 articles related to emotional infection in the quantitative analysis database were analyzed.The study found that the study of emotional infection began in 1990 and increased year by year.The geographical distribution of the study is very uneven, mainly concentrated in the United States, the study of emotional infection in China is still in its infancy.At present, the international research on emotional infection mainly focuses on psychology and economic management, especially psychology.The research of psychological direction focuses on the mechanism of individual emotional infection and the relationship between emotional infection and group behavior, while the research of economic management focuses on the field of service.At present, the research on emotional infection in the field of public opinion is very few.The author thinks that the researchers of public opinion can refer to the methods of psychology and computer science experiments and study the dynamic changes of emotional infection in network public opinion by referring to the mature emotional scale and combining with the "imitation-feedback mechanism" of emotional infection.
