基于專利的技術(shù)融合測度方法——以信息技術(shù)與電動汽車技術(shù)的融合為例

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代科技的發(fā)展使得信息與其它技術(shù)組成的技術(shù)群落及各技術(shù)群落之間相互聯(lián)系、滲透不斷加強,出現(xiàn)了各種技術(shù)的交叉融合。如果能及早發(fā)現(xiàn)這些技術(shù)領(lǐng)域間目前的融合狀態(tài)及其融合趨勢,將會對我國在相關(guān)技術(shù)方面的優(yōu)先研發(fā)制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)生重大意義。為解決這個問題提出了一個定量測量技術(shù)融合的框架,該框架以專利數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),通過對技術(shù)融合的宏觀和微觀相結(jié)合來確定融合的現(xiàn)狀,其中微觀分析中主要針對技術(shù)融合所形成網(wǎng)絡(luò)的節(jié)點以及鏈路進行測度。最后以德溫特數(shù)據(jù)庫中純電動汽車技術(shù)和信息技術(shù)的融合為實例對其進行驗證。針對實例研究,結(jié)果表明G06F(電數(shù)字?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)處理)、B60L(電動車輛的電力裝備或動力裝置)、H02J(電能存儲系統(tǒng))等技術(shù)與其它技術(shù)比較容易發(fā)生融合且融合能力較強。G06FB60W,G05F-H02M等技術(shù)對的融合在技術(shù)融合中起到了較重要的作用,且其融合強度質(zhì)量均較高。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern science and technology, the technology community composed of information and other technologies has been connected with each other, and the infiltration has been strengthened constantly, and the cross-fusion of various technologies has appeared.If we can find out the current situation and trend of fusion among these technical fields, it will be of great significance to our country to make the development strategy in the related technology.In order to solve this problem, a framework of quantitative measurement technology fusion is proposed, which is based on patent data, and determines the current situation of integration by combining macro and micro aspects of technology fusion.The microscopic analysis mainly measures the nodes and links of the network formed by technology fusion.Finally, the integration of pure electric vehicle technology and information technology in Derwent database is taken as an example to verify it.For case studies,The results show that G06F (electric digital data processing) B60L (electric power equipment or power plant) and other technologies are easy to fuse with other technologies. G06FB60WU G05F-H02M etc.The cooperation played a more important role.The quality of fusion strength is higher.
