【摘要】：烏海市檔案館是烏海市內(nèi)唯一一家地市級(jí)別的國(guó)家綜合檔案館,它不僅具有保管烏海地區(qū)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)文化等方面檔案資料的功能,還具有向?yàn)鹾９娞峁n案公共服務(wù)的職能。由于各種因素,烏海市檔案館提供公共服務(wù)能力不強(qiáng),發(fā)揮的作用還不夠充分。面對(duì)人民群眾檔案意識(shí)的不斷增強(qiáng),查閱利用檔案資料和享受檔案文化成果需求的不斷擴(kuò)大,烏海市檔案館急需加強(qiáng)公共服務(wù)能力建設(shè),成為推進(jìn)烏海地區(qū)檔案事業(yè)不斷發(fā)展的動(dòng)力。本文以公共服務(wù)為視角,就烏海市檔案館提供公共服務(wù)能力的對(duì)策問(wèn)題展開(kāi)探討,全文共分為五個(gè)部分。第二章到第五章是本文的重點(diǎn)。在表述烏海市檔案館開(kāi)展公共服務(wù)存在的問(wèn)題上,筆者引用表格、餅狀圖、柱狀圖、雷達(dá)圖等方式直觀的反映烏海市檔案館在館舍條件、館藏結(jié)構(gòu)、檔案信息化、人才隊(duì)伍、開(kāi)放力度、資源共享等方面存在的突出問(wèn)題,并通過(guò)歸類分析,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)論述,具有針對(duì)性的指明了烏海市檔案館開(kāi)展公共服務(wù)應(yīng)努力解決的問(wèn)題和發(fā)展的方向是強(qiáng)化公共服務(wù)理念、優(yōu)化館藏結(jié)構(gòu)、創(chuàng)新公共服務(wù)方式等。
[Abstract]:Wuhai Archives is the only comprehensive archives of other countries in Wuhai City. It not only has the function of keeping archives in the social, economic and cultural aspects of Wuhai area, but also has the function of providing public archives service to the public in Wuhai.Due to various factors, Wuhai archives provide public service capacity is not strong, play a role is not enough.In the face of the increasing awareness of archives among the people, the increasing demand for access to and utilization of archival materials and the need to enjoy the achievements of archival culture, the archives in Wuhai urgently need to strengthen the building of public service capacity.To become the driving force to promote the development of archives in Wuhai area.From the perspective of public service, this paper probes into the countermeasures of Wuhai Archives' ability to provide public service, which is divided into five parts.Chapter two to chapter five is the focus of this paper.In describing the problems existing in the public service of Wuhai Archives, the author cites tables, pie chart, bar chart, radar map and so on to reflect the conditions of Wuhai Archives, the structure of library collection, the information of archives, the contingent of talents, etc.Open dynamics, resource sharing and other outstanding problems, and through classification and analysis, a systematic discussion,This paper points out the problems and development direction that Wuhai archives should solve in order to develop public service, such as strengthening the concept of public service, optimizing the structure of library collection, and innovating the way of public service.
