【摘要】：正近年來,由于社會、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的深刻變化,大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)等前沿技術(shù)的發(fā)展和廣泛應(yīng)用,傳統(tǒng)的情報思想、理論、方法和工作等發(fā)生了重要變化。情報學(xué)研究在獲得機(jī)遇的同時也面臨重大挑戰(zhàn)。《國家情報法》的出臺,為我國情報學(xué)領(lǐng)域,包括科技情報學(xué)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展提供了重要思路。如何把握住自身的優(yōu)勢,并抓住機(jī)會有所創(chuàng)新,是情報學(xué)在大數(shù)據(jù)時代需要思考的問題。為探討情報學(xué)理論、情報學(xué)科及情報工作的未來發(fā)展,《情報理論與實(shí)踐》擬于2018年5月召開以
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the profound changes in the social and economic environment, the development and extensive application of big data's technology and other frontier technologies, the traditional information thoughts, theories, methods and work have undergone important changes.The introduction of the National Intelligence Law provides an important way of thinking for the development of the field of information science in China, including the field of science and technology information science.How to grasp its own advantages and seize the opportunity to innovate is the problem that information science needs to think about in big data's time.In order to discuss the future development of information science theory, information science and intelligence work, "information theory and practice" is scheduled to be held in may 2018
