【摘要】：目的通過(guò)知識(shí)圖譜分析整理國(guó)際艾灸研究的時(shí)空分布特征及研究熱點(diǎn)。方法以科學(xué)引文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中主題為"moxibustion/艾灸"的文獻(xiàn)(1900—2016年)為樣本,利用Cite spaceⅢ軟件進(jìn)行知識(shí)圖譜的構(gòu)建,分別繪制國(guó)際艾灸研究相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的出版時(shí)間及國(guó)家/機(jī)構(gòu)分布、研究熱點(diǎn)、研究前沿時(shí)區(qū)可視化知識(shí)圖譜,分別提取研究熱點(diǎn)中的高頻關(guān)鍵詞、研究前沿中的突變?cè)~并對(duì)其頻次進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)。結(jié)果國(guó)際上第1篇關(guān)于艾灸研究的英文文獻(xiàn)發(fā)表于1976年,隨后的1977—2006年間平均年發(fā)文量不足4篇,2007年以后艾灸研究國(guó)際發(fā)文量迅速增加,平均年發(fā)文量達(dá)36篇;國(guó)際艾灸研究發(fā)文量排名前5的國(guó)家(地區(qū))分別為中國(guó)(231篇)、韓國(guó)(69篇)、美國(guó)(65篇)、日本(59篇)、中國(guó)臺(tái)灣(20篇),發(fā)文量排名前5的研究機(jī)構(gòu)分別為上海中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)(44篇)、北京中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)(25篇)、韓國(guó)慶熙大學(xué)(22篇)、復(fù)旦大學(xué)(20篇)、中國(guó)中醫(yī)科學(xué)院(19篇)。熱點(diǎn)知識(shí)圖譜中出現(xiàn)頻次最高的前3位關(guān)鍵詞分別為randomized controlled trial(隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn),43)、rat(鼠,42)、pain(疼痛,18)、meta-analysis(meta分析,18)。前沿知識(shí)圖譜中各年突變?cè)~分布:2007年:灸法(moxibustion),隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)(randomized controlled trial),鼠(rat),細(xì)胞凋亡(Apoptosis);2009年:癌癥(cancer),腸易激綜合征(irritable bowel syndrome);2010年:疼痛(pain),炎性腸病(inflammatory bowel disease);2011年:神經(jīng)再生(neutral regeneration),潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎(ulcerative colitis),關(guān)節(jié)炎(arthritis);2012年:懸灸(suspended moxibustion);2013年:神經(jīng)變性(neurodegeneration),Meta分析(meta-analysis);2008、2014、2015、2016年未出現(xiàn)新的突變?cè)~。結(jié)論近30年國(guó)際艾灸研究的發(fā)文量呈逐年增加趨勢(shì),研究機(jī)構(gòu)主要集中于中國(guó)和韓國(guó);研究熱點(diǎn)疾病譜集中在腸道疾病方面,而癌癥、腸易激綜合征、炎性腸病等疾病以及懸灸、艾灸鎮(zhèn)痛、Meta分析已成為新的關(guān)注熱點(diǎn)。
