【摘要】：正一、會(huì)議介紹開(kāi)放獲取已經(jīng)成為學(xué)術(shù)信息交流的主流模式之一,開(kāi)放期刊、開(kāi)放預(yù)印本庫(kù)、開(kāi)放圖書(shū)、開(kāi)放教育資源、開(kāi)放圖像資源等正在迅速發(fā)展。國(guó)際科學(xué)界積極推進(jìn)以開(kāi)放出版為默認(rèn)機(jī)制的學(xué)術(shù)出版機(jī)制,已有28個(gè)國(guó)家的眾多機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)合啟動(dòng)了推動(dòng)訂購(gòu)出版期刊向開(kāi)放出版期刊轉(zhuǎn)換的OA2020倡議計(jì)劃。同時(shí),開(kāi)放科學(xué)也迅速發(fā)展成為科技與社會(huì)創(chuàng)新的基礎(chǔ)模式之一,開(kāi)放科研數(shù)據(jù)、開(kāi)放科學(xué)社區(qū)、開(kāi)放科研和公民科研平臺(tái)、科研眾包與眾籌等蓬勃發(fā)展,并與學(xué)術(shù)信息開(kāi)放獲取相輔相成構(gòu)
[Abstract]:First, the meeting introduced that open access has become one of the mainstream modes of academic information exchange. Opening periodicals, opening preprint libraries, opening books, opening educational resources, and opening image resources are developing rapidly.The international scientific community has actively promoted the academic publishing mechanism with open publishing as the default mechanism. Many institutions in 28 countries have jointly launched the OA2020 Initiative to promote the conversion from subscription to open publishing journals.At the same time, open science has also developed rapidly into one of the basic models for scientific and social innovation. The opening up of scientific research data, the opening of scientific communities, the opening of scientific research and citizen research platforms, the crowdsourcing of scientific research and public funding are booming.And complement each other with open access to academic information
