中美閱讀障礙兒童閱讀權(quán)利制度保障比較研究

【摘要】:閱讀障礙是一種特定的學(xué)習(xí)障礙,其特征在于不能正確識字和(或)識字流暢度不足,且拼字與解碼能力不佳。閱讀障礙在不同語言環(huán)境下共同存在,但具體的癥狀表現(xiàn)卻存在些許差異。由于閱讀障礙客觀上也屬于殘疾的一種,對于患有閱讀障礙的兒童應(yīng)給予充分的重視,通過構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的制度保障其閱讀權(quán)利是根本出路。閱讀障礙兒童獲得干預(yù)時間的早晚與客觀治療的效果成正相關(guān)關(guān)系,對此,我國應(yīng)建立閱讀障礙兒童的早期識別機制,并同時通過提供免費且適當(dāng)?shù)墓步逃?以普通學(xué)校教育優(yōu)先以及個性化的培養(yǎng)方案,保障閱讀障礙兒童的閱讀權(quán)利獲得完整實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Dyslexia is a specific learning disability characterized by poor literacy and / or poor fluency and poor spelling and decoding.Dyslexia exists in different language environments, but there are some differences in specific symptoms.As dyslexia is also a kind of disability objectively, children with dyslexia should be given sufficient attention, and it is the fundamental way to protect their reading rights by constructing corresponding system.There is a positive correlation between the time of intervention and the effect of objective treatment for children with dyslexia. In view of this, we should establish an early identification mechanism for children with dyslexia and provide free and appropriate public education at the same time.In order to ensure the complete realization of reading rights of children with reading disabilities, ordinary school education and individualized training programs are adopted to guarantee the reading rights of children with dyslexia.
