【摘要】：隨著國家經(jīng)濟文化的飛速發(fā)展,社會對公共文化事業(yè)的關(guān)注度也越來越高,公共圖書館在社會教育扮演著關(guān)鍵角色,它作為人們獲取知識的重要渠道和公共文化事業(yè)不可或缺的一部分,受到社會的廣泛認可。然而,由于各種各樣的原因,公共圖書館并不能滿足所有讀者的閱讀需求,讀者只能轉(zhuǎn)而尋求其他途徑。在這種情況下,網(wǎng)絡(luò)實體圖書館作為新興的文化企業(yè)悄然而生。本文通過對網(wǎng)絡(luò)實體圖書館的相關(guān)研究成果進行系統(tǒng)梳理,分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)實體圖書館的發(fā)展模式和特點,總結(jié)影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)實體圖書館發(fā)展的因素,指出網(wǎng)絡(luò)實體圖書館中存在的不足,為其未來的發(fā)展提出建議。第一部分主要介紹論文的選題背景和意義,網(wǎng)絡(luò)實體圖書館在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展情況和研究現(xiàn)狀,并歸納總結(jié)了本文中使用的研究方法以及本文的創(chuàng)新點和難點。第二部分對網(wǎng)絡(luò)實體圖書館的諸多稱謂進行了辨析,并對其性質(zhì)進行了界定,對其數(shù)個定義進行解析,綜合其性質(zhì)和特點擬定新的定義,為下文的研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。此外,第二部分還從用戶的角度、公共圖書館的角度以及政策的角度來分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)實體圖書館興起的原因。第三部分列舉三個典型的、處于不同發(fā)展階段的網(wǎng)絡(luò)實體圖書館并對其運營模式和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行闡述,研究其發(fā)展模式的特點。第四部分從網(wǎng)絡(luò)實體圖書館館藏資源、監(jiān)督管理制度、評價體系、營利方式等多個角度總結(jié)其在發(fā)展中存在的問題,第五部分針對第四部分中網(wǎng)絡(luò)實體圖書館發(fā)展中存在的不足,給出科學合理的發(fā)展建議。第六部分對本文的研究內(nèi)容進行了總結(jié)概括。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy and culture, the society pays more and more attention to the cause of public culture. Public libraries play a key role in social education.As an important channel for people to acquire knowledge and an indispensable part of public cultural undertakings, it is widely recognized by society.However, for a variety of reasons, public libraries can not meet the reading needs of all readers, readers can only turn to other ways.In this case, the network entity library as a new cultural enterprise quietly born.This paper systematically combs the related research results of the network entity library, analyzes the development mode and characteristics of the network entity library, summarizes the factors influencing the development of the network entity library, and points out the shortcomings of the network entity library.Make suggestions for its future development.The first part mainly introduces the background and significance of this paper, the development and current situation of the network entity library at home and abroad, and summarizes the research methods used in this paper, as well as the innovation and difficulties of this paper.In the second part, a lot of appellations of network entity library are analyzed, and its nature is defined, several definitions are analyzed, and a new definition is drawn up by synthesizing its nature and characteristics, which lays a foundation for the following research.In addition, the second part analyzes the reasons of the rise of network entity libraries from the point of view of users, public libraries and policies.The third part enumerates three typical network entity libraries in different stages of development, and expounds their operation mode and development status, and studies the characteristics of their development models.The fourth part summarizes the problems existing in the development of network entity library from many angles, such as collection of resources, supervision and management system, evaluation system, profit way and so on.The fifth part gives scientific and reasonable suggestions for the development of network entity library.The sixth part summarizes the research content of this paper.
