【摘要】：[目的/意義]期刊編委是"科學(xué)的守門人",能夠把握期刊的辦刊方向,并合理選擇哪篇論文更適合在本刊出版。因此,期刊編委理應(yīng)比非編委的論文作者對本領(lǐng)域的前沿動態(tài)有較早的察覺和高度的敏感�；诖�,提出了期刊編委能否比非編委的論文作者更早探測到研究前沿的問題。[方法/過程]以科學(xué)計(jì)量學(xué)領(lǐng)域?yàn)檠芯繉ο?構(gòu)建了不重復(fù)的期刊編委數(shù)據(jù)集和非編委論文作者數(shù)據(jù)集,通過比較兩個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)集中重復(fù)前沿所占的比例來判斷究竟是期刊編委較早探測到研究前沿還是非編委論文作者較早探測到前沿。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]大多數(shù)情況下,期刊編委比非編委論文作者能夠較早地探測到同一個(gè)研究前沿。在極少數(shù)情況下,期刊編委能夠與非編委論文作者同時(shí)探測到同一個(gè)研究前沿。
[Abstract]:The journal editorial committee is the "gatekeeper of science", which can grasp the running direction of the journal and choose which paper is more suitable for publication in this journal.Therefore, the journal editorial committee should have earlier detection and high sensitivity to the frontier development of the field than the author of the non-editorial committee.Based on this, the question of whether the journal editorial committee can detect the research frontier earlier than the author of the non-editorial committee is put forward.[method / process] taking the field of scientific metrology as the research object, the authors' data set of non-repeated periodical editorial committee and non-editorial committee paper were constructed.By comparing the proportion of repetitive frontiers in the two data sets, it is determined whether the periodical editorial committee detected the research frontier earlier or the author of the non-editorial committee did so earlier.[results / conclusion] in most cases, journal editors can detect the same research frontier earlier than non-editorial paper authors.In rare cases, journal editors can simultaneously detect the same research frontier as non-editorial paper authors.
