【摘要】：黨校作為我國教育系統(tǒng)特殊的機構,其檔案管理工作具有自身特點和要求。檔案工作規(guī)范化建設是基于整體意識下,圍繞黨校檔案工作實際,從檔案管理制度建設、檔案管理手段建設、檔案管理人才隊伍建設、檔案管理經費保障等方面,以問題為導向來提出改進措施,進而充分發(fā)揮檔案管理工作在黨校整體工作中的作用。
[Abstract]:Party school as a special institution of education system in China, its archives management has its own characteristics and requirements.The standardization construction of archival work is based on the overall consciousness and the reality of archival work in the Party school, from the aspects of the construction of archives management system, the construction of archives management means, the construction of archives management talents, the guarantee of archives management funds, etc.The improvement measures should be put forward in order to give full play to the role of archives management in the whole work of the Party school.
