【摘要】：正在工程創(chuàng)優(yōu)過程中,規(guī)范的檔案管理是工程創(chuàng)優(yōu)的必備條件,而優(yōu)質(zhì)的工程建設(shè)也是精品檔案的內(nèi)在質(zhì)量保證。因此,工程創(chuàng)優(yōu)和工程檔案管理是相輔相成、相互促進(jìn)又相互融合的。工程檔案是工程創(chuàng)優(yōu)的基礎(chǔ)工程檔案是工程建設(shè)的重要組成部分,是工程從科研、立項(xiàng)、審批等工程前期到生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行、工程評(píng)優(yōu)、審計(jì)、后評(píng)價(jià)等全過程的真實(shí)記錄和全面反映,是工程建設(shè)的珍貴記憶和生產(chǎn)運(yùn)維的重要資料,是工程創(chuàng)優(yōu)的必備條件,同時(shí)也是企
[Abstract]:In the process of engineering creation, standardized file management is the necessary condition for engineering to create excellence, and high quality engineering construction is also the internal quality assurance of fine archives.Therefore, engineering creation and engineering file management complement each other and promote each other.Engineering archives are an important part of engineering construction. They are from the early stage of scientific research, the establishment of projects, the examination and approval of projects, to the operation of production, the evaluation of projects, the auditing of projects, and so on.The real record and comprehensive reflection of the whole process, such as post-evaluation, is the precious memory of engineering construction and the important data of production operation and maintenance, is the necessary condition for engineering to create excellence, and is also the necessary condition for enterprise.
