高校圖書館留學(xué)生信息服務(wù)體系構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,來華留學(xué)生的快速增加,留學(xué)生教育逐漸成為高等教育不可缺少的組成部分。這些來華留學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)和教育,迫切需要圖書館為其提供知識(shí)和信息等多方面的服務(wù)支持。調(diào)查表明,來華留學(xué)生信息需求強(qiáng)烈,他們利用圖書館信息服務(wù)時(shí),不但面臨著語言障礙,而且由于自身信息素養(yǎng)高低不同,對(duì)圖書館服務(wù)不熟悉等原因,利用圖書館資源和服務(wù)非常有限,同時(shí)也使得圖書館留學(xué)生信息服務(wù)水平長(zhǎng)期處于一個(gè)較低水平。如何與時(shí)俱進(jìn)、重視留學(xué)生的服務(wù)工作、探索特殊對(duì)象的服務(wù)方法,為留學(xué)生讀者提供高效、優(yōu)質(zhì)的信息服務(wù)已成為高校圖書館面臨的一個(gè)新的挑戰(zhàn)。本文以高校圖書館留學(xué)生信息服務(wù)為研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)高校圖書館面向留學(xué)生開展信息服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和分析,選取哈佛大學(xué)圖書館、南洋理工學(xué)院圖書館、清華大學(xué)圖書館等國(guó)內(nèi)外九所具有代表性的留學(xué)生信息服務(wù)案例,從服務(wù)形式、服務(wù)特色等角度進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)各高校在留學(xué)生信息服務(wù)上的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足。同時(shí)對(duì)其進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,借鑒其長(zhǎng)處,明確留學(xué)生信息服務(wù)體系的工作重心,以此作為構(gòu)建留學(xué)生信息服務(wù)體系的參考之一。其次,對(duì)高校留學(xué)生信息行為與信息需求開展了調(diào)查,采用紙質(zhì)和在線的分級(jí)選填式問卷調(diào)查方法,調(diào)查了江蘇省南京市20所高校在校留學(xué)生的需求及其對(duì)圖書館留學(xué)生信息服務(wù)的期望。了解高校留學(xué)生用戶信息獲取的行為:包括對(duì)信息服務(wù)的利用、信息素養(yǎng)教育等;了解高校留學(xué)生用戶信息獲取的需求:包括物質(zhì)需要、精神需求等;為構(gòu)建資源完備、信息共享、并具備特色信息服務(wù)能力的高校圖書館留學(xué)生信息服務(wù)體系提供現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。最后,從服務(wù)思想與原則、工作內(nèi)容、總體構(gòu)架、實(shí)例建設(shè)四個(gè)方面闡釋了如何構(gòu)建高校圖書館留學(xué)生信息服務(wù)體系。從設(shè)置專門的留學(xué)生信息服務(wù)人員、加強(qiáng)對(duì)留學(xué)生的入館培訓(xùn)、對(duì)圖書館員進(jìn)行外語和溝通培訓(xùn)、建設(shè)國(guó)際化的圖書館環(huán)境和開展針對(duì)性的信息素質(zhì)教育等方面,提出了改善和提高來華留學(xué)生信息服務(wù)的對(duì)策建議。并針對(duì)高校留學(xué)生信息服務(wù)需求,結(jié)合留學(xué)生信息服務(wù)虛擬空間和實(shí)體空間建設(shè),構(gòu)建了南京航空航天大學(xué)圖書館留學(xué)生信息服務(wù)體系。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy and society, the international students' education has become an indispensable part of higher education.The study and education of these foreign students in China urgently need the library to provide them with knowledge and information and other services.The investigation shows that there is a strong demand for information from students coming to China. When they use library information services, they not only face language barriers, but also because of their different levels of information literacy and lack of familiarity with library services.The utilization of library resources and services is very limited, at the same time, the level of information service for library students is at a low level for a long time.How to keep pace with the times, attach importance to the service work of foreign students, explore the service methods of special objects, and provide high efficiency and high quality information service for the readers of foreign students has become a new challenge to university libraries.This paper takes the information service of international students in university library as the research object. First of all, this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the present situation of information service for foreign students in university libraries, and selects Harvard University Library, Nanyang Institute of Technology Library, and Nanyang Polytechnic University Library.Nine representative cases of information service for foreign students at home and abroad, such as Tsinghua University Library, are analyzed from the aspects of service form and service characteristics, and the advantages and disadvantages of each university in international student information service are summarized.At the same time, the author makes a comparative analysis, draws lessons from its strengths, and clarifies the focus of the information service system for foreign students, which is one of the references for constructing the information service system for foreign students.Secondly, the information behavior and information demand of international students in colleges and universities are investigated.This paper investigates the demand of international students in 20 colleges and universities in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, and their expectations for the information service of foreign students in libraries.To understand the behavior of information acquisition of university students: including the use of information services, information literacy education; to understand the needs of university students, including material needs, spiritual needs, etc.; in order to build a complete resource,The information service system of foreign students in university library provides practical basis for information sharing and characteristic information service ability.Finally, this paper expounds how to construct the information service system for foreign students in university libraries from four aspects: service thought and principle, work content, general framework and construction of examples.From the aspects of setting up special information service personnel for foreign students, strengthening the training of entry for foreign students, training librarians in foreign languages and communication, building an international library environment and carrying out targeted information literacy education, etc.The countermeasures and suggestions to improve the information service for foreign students in China are put forward.Aiming at the demand of information service for international students in colleges and universities, combining the construction of virtual space and entity space of information service for international students, the paper constructs the information service system of students for students in Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Library.
