【摘要】：目的采用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)方法分析傳統(tǒng)中藥益母草的研究現(xiàn)狀和在疾病防治中的應(yīng)用。方法計(jì)算機(jī)檢索CBM、CNKI、Wan Fang Data、EMbase和Ovid(MEDLINE)數(shù)據(jù)庫,搜集益母草相關(guān)的研究文獻(xiàn),檢索時(shí)間均從建庫至2016年8月26日。按發(fā)表時(shí)間、發(fā)表雜志、文獻(xiàn)主題、益母草劑型等對(duì)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行篩選和分類,分析和評(píng)價(jià)益母草文獻(xiàn)研究現(xiàn)狀及其在疾病中的應(yīng)用。結(jié)果共納入益母草相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)7 040篇,其中:益母草飲片文獻(xiàn)4 653篇,中成藥文獻(xiàn)1 017篇,原料藥文獻(xiàn)648篇,獸醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)722篇。益母草相關(guān)的中成藥研究文獻(xiàn)量呈三段式增長(zhǎng),發(fā)表量居前12位的雜志均為中文期刊,發(fā)表文獻(xiàn)中出現(xiàn)頻次最高的前三種中成藥劑型分別是沖劑/顆粒、注射液和膠囊。中成藥文獻(xiàn)中報(bào)道益母草注射液263篇,含48篇基礎(chǔ)研究,主要涉及子宮收縮、降低全血黏度、改善心肌缺血及其再灌注損傷、改善淋巴微循環(huán)等的作用;臨床研究211篇,涉及產(chǎn)后出血和流產(chǎn)后出血,冠心病、腦梗塞、心力衰竭、心肌缺血等。結(jié)論益母草中成藥文獻(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)少于傳統(tǒng)中藥湯劑研究。沖劑/顆粒及注射液可能是益母草在臨床使用中的優(yōu)勢(shì)劑型。產(chǎn)后出血可能是益母草注射液在臨床使用中的優(yōu)勢(shì)病種。益母草注射液有多種藥理作用,但臨床研究文獻(xiàn)證據(jù)級(jí)別較低,急需進(jìn)一步深入開展高質(zhì)量臨床研究,為益母草注射液的臨床實(shí)踐提供高質(zhì)量證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine Leonurus chinensis and its application in disease prevention and control by bibliometrics.Methods the databases of Fang Fang EMbase and Ovidr MEDLINE were searched by computer, and the related literatures of Leonurus were collected. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to August 26, 2016.According to the time of publication, the publication of magazines, the subject of literature, the form of Leonurus and so on, to screen and classify the literature, analyze and evaluate the current situation of the literature of Leonurus and its application in diseases.Results A total of 7 040 articles were included, of which 4 653 were related to Leonurus, 1 017 were Chinese patent medicine, 648 were raw material medicine, and 722 were veterinary medicine.The amount of literature on Chinese patent medicine related to Leonurus chinensis increased in three stages, and the top 12 journals were all Chinese periodicals. The first three formulations of Chinese patent medicine were granule / granule, injection and capsule respectively.263 articles of Leonurus injection were reported in the literature of traditional Chinese patent medicine, including 48 basic studies, including uterine contraction, reduction of whole blood viscosity, improvement of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury, improvement of lymphatic microcirculation, and 211 clinical studies.Involved in postpartum hemorrhage and post-abortion bleeding, coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, heart failure, myocardial ischemia and so on.Conclusion the literature of Chinese patent medicine of Leonurus chinensis is much less than that of traditional Chinese medicine decoction.Granule and injection may be the dominant dosage form of Leonurus in clinical use.Postpartum hemorrhage may be the dominant disease of Leonurus injection in clinical use.Leonurus injection has a variety of pharmacological effects, but the evidence level of clinical research literature is low, it is urgent to further develop high quality clinical research, and provide high quality evidence for clinical practice of Leonurus injection.
