【摘要】：選取世界排名前50的大學的圖書館戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃文本,從形態(tài)特征和內(nèi)容特征兩個維度探討其主要特色。從形態(tài)特征維度,主要調(diào)查了規(guī)劃文本的制定情況,從內(nèi)容特征維度,詳細分析了文本體例和目標體系的內(nèi)容,包括使命、愿景、價值觀和資源、空間、教與學、員工等。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):國外一流大學圖書館普遍重視戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,往往調(diào)動多方力量參與制定工作,多以4-5年為戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的適用期限,規(guī)劃文本會在圖書館網(wǎng)站上公開發(fā)布并提供多種途徑方便用戶瀏覽;文本體例不統(tǒng)一,但一般均包含戰(zhàn)略目標、使命、愿景等內(nèi)容;目標體系的顯著特點是涵蓋面廣,涉及圖書館發(fā)展的各個方面,從資源建設、空間、教與學、服務、研究等多層面指出圖書館未來幾年的工作重點或要實現(xiàn)的具體目標。
[Abstract]:This paper selects the texts of the library strategic planning of the top 50 universities in the world, and probes into its main features from the two dimensions of morphological characteristics and content characteristics.From the aspect of morphological features, this paper mainly investigates the formulation of the planning text, and from the content feature dimension, analyzes in detail the content of the text style and target system, including mission, vision, values and resources, space, teaching and learning, staff and so on.The study found that the foreign first-class university libraries generally attach importance to the strategic planning, and often mobilize various forces to participate in the formulation of the work, most of which take 4-5 years as the applicable period of the strategic planning.The planning text will be published publicly on the library website and provide a variety of ways for users to browse; the text style is not uniform, but generally contains strategic objectives, mission, vision, etc.This paper deals with various aspects of library development, including resource construction, space, teaching and learning, service, research and so on, and points out the focal points of library work or the specific goals to be achieved in the next few years.
