【摘要】：背景:隨著數(shù)字骨科學(xué)的蓬勃發(fā)展,導(dǎo)航模板技術(shù)目前在骨科領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,但尚未有從文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)角度分析國內(nèi)導(dǎo)航模板數(shù)字骨科技術(shù)研究現(xiàn)狀的文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道。目的:基于文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)分析,了解導(dǎo)航模板技術(shù)在國內(nèi)骨科領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,探討其發(fā)展趨勢和研究熱點(diǎn),為國內(nèi)數(shù)字骨科學(xué)的發(fā)展提供文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:以"導(dǎo)航模板相關(guān)關(guān)鍵詞AND骨科學(xué)主題詞"為檢索策略,機(jī)檢CBMdisc、CNKI、CSPD、CMCI等數(shù)據(jù)庫,同時(shí)手檢2016年骨科專業(yè)主要核心期刊(檢索截止日期為2016-12-01),全文瀏覽并篩選命中文獻(xiàn),對最終納入的論文進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)分析。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:(1)國內(nèi)最早報(bào)道導(dǎo)航模板數(shù)字骨科技術(shù)的文章發(fā)表于2008年,9年間共發(fā)表相關(guān)論文199篇,2009至2014年每年均產(chǎn)出十余篇文獻(xiàn),2015,2016年則進(jìn)入快速增長期;(2)文獻(xiàn)主要發(fā)表在骨科專業(yè)雜志以及與數(shù)字骨科學(xué)密切相關(guān)的生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程、基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)、數(shù)字醫(yī)學(xué)等專業(yè)期刊上;國內(nèi)核心科技期刊為該主題貢獻(xiàn)了86.9%的論文;《中華創(chuàng)傷骨科雜志》、《中華骨科雜志》、《中國組織工程研究》等雜志是發(fā)表該主題的重要期刊;(3)論文合著率為99.5%,合著度為6.15,張?jiān)�、丁煥文、陸聲、陳玉兵、胡勇、黃軒、鄭朋飛等為該主題的高產(chǎn)作者,核心作者發(fā)表文獻(xiàn)占論文總數(shù)的53.8%,表明其核心作者群正在形成中;所有論文的第一作者均來自醫(yī)院和大學(xué)院校,成都軍區(qū)昆明總醫(yī)院、廣州軍區(qū)廣州總醫(yī)院、內(nèi)蒙古醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院、華南理工大學(xué)是發(fā)文最多的機(jī)構(gòu);而兩個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)以上合作產(chǎn)出的文獻(xiàn)占54.8%,提示在大學(xué)科研單位的積極參與和強(qiáng)有力支持下,該主題研究科研力量雄厚,發(fā)展勢頭強(qiáng)勁。59.3%的論文獲得基金資助,國家級、省部級基金占基金總數(shù)(239項(xiàng))的64.0%,57.6%的基金文章為兩項(xiàng)以上基金資助,提示該主題文獻(xiàn)具有較高的研究水平和學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值;(4)共被引763次,陸聲、陳玉兵、張?jiān)菫楦弑灰髡?成都軍區(qū)昆明總醫(yī)院、廣州軍區(qū)廣州總醫(yī)院、南方醫(yī)科大學(xué)南方醫(yī)院為高被引機(jī)構(gòu),《中華創(chuàng)傷骨科雜志》為高被引雜志;(5)主題分析結(jié)果表明,在模板設(shè)計(jì)制作及尸體標(biāo)本研究的基礎(chǔ)上,國內(nèi)學(xué)者將導(dǎo)航模板技術(shù)應(yīng)用于脊柱外科(尤其是頸椎外科)、創(chuàng)傷骨科、關(guān)節(jié)外科、骨腫瘤科、小兒骨科等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,在輔助螺釘置釘、引導(dǎo)截骨矯形、輔助腫瘤精確切除與功能重建等方面進(jìn)行了有益的嘗試,取得了滿意效果,但未有多中心大樣本長期隨訪報(bào)道。
[Abstract]:Background: with the rapid development of digital bone science, navigation template technology is now applied in the Department of orthopedics area more widely, but there is no analysis of the current situation of the domestic digital navigation template Department of orthopedics technology research from the perspective of bibliometrics reported. Objective: bibliometric analysis based on understanding the application of navigation template technology in the domestic field of Department of orthopedics. To explore the development trend and research focus, to provide scientific basis for the development of the domestic digital bone science bibliometrics. Methods: to navigation template related keywords AND bone science Thesaurus "as the retrieval strategy, computer retrieval CBMdisc, CNKI, CSPD, CMCI database, and hand inspection main core professional journals (2016 Department of orthopedics retrieval deadline 2016-12-01), the browsing and screening of hit documents, finally included papers on bibliometric analysis. Results and conclusion: (1) the earliest reported digital navigation template Department of orthopedics technology published in 2008, 9 years a total of 199 papers were published from 2009 to 2014, annual output more than ten papers, 20152016 years will enter a period of rapid growth; (2) the main literature published in professional magazines and the Department of orthopedics is closely related to digital bone Science Biomedical Engineering, basic medicine, digital medicine journal; Chinese core journals contributed 86.9% papers to the theme of Chinese Journal of trauma department of Orthopedics; < >, < < > Department of orthopedics, China tissue engineering research magazine published important journals on the subject; (3) the co authored rate is 99.5%, CO is 6.15, Zhang Yuanzhi, Ding Huanwen, Lu Chen Yubing, Hu Yong, Huang Xuan, and Zheng Pengfei as the theme authors, core authors of published literature papers accounted for 53.8% of the total, show that the core author groups are formed; the first author of all papers were from the hospital and Institute of Genenral Hospital of PLA Guangzhou Military Area, Chengdu military general hospital, Kunming Hospital Affiliated to Inner Mongolia Medical College, South China University of Technology published the most institutions; and two institutions above cooperation output accounted for 54.8% of that in the literature, and actively participate in the university scientific research units and strong support, the theme of scientific research strength, the strong momentum of development of.59.3% paper won fund supported by national, provincial fund funds accounted for the total (239) 64%, 57.6% of the fund for the funding of more than two funds, suggesting that the theme of literature has a high research level and academic value; (4) a total of 763 citations, Lu Chen Yubing, Zhang Yuanzhi sound, high cited authors, Genenral Hospital of PLA Guangzhou Military Area the General Hospital of Chengdu military region, Kunming, Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University for the highly cited institutions, "Chinese Journal of trauma department of orthopedics" as the highly cited journal; (5) the theme analysis result Ming, based on template design and cadaveric studies, domestic scholars apply technology of navigation template for spinal surgery (especially cervical surgery), joint surgery, trauma department of orthopedics, Department of bone tumor, all areas of the pediatric department of orthopedics, in the auxiliary screw, guide the osteotomy, and made a beneficial attempt functional reconstruction of the precise excision of tumor, and achieved satisfactory results, but there is no multi center large sample and long-term follow-up reports.
