【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,人們對信息和知識的需求不斷膨脹,如何為用戶提供更加準(zhǔn)確和人性化的檢索結(jié)果成為信息檢索近年來的研究熱點。而在校學(xué)生成為知識和信息最大的需求群體,在圖書館數(shù)字化進(jìn)程中起到了重要的作用。圖書館的數(shù)字化使讀者使用圖書館更加方便快捷,提高了圖書館的使用效率。但圖書館的圖書存儲數(shù)量不斷增多,圖書館的管理和服務(wù)也需要進(jìn)一步的完善,以滿足用戶的需要,使數(shù)字圖書館建設(shè)面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn)。數(shù)字圖書館產(chǎn)生的大量的圖書信息和借閱歷史信息,為數(shù)字圖書館提高服務(wù)水平提供了數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。本文論述了使用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的相關(guān)思想挖掘讀者借閱信息,使用多維度評分算法,從讀者借閱歷史數(shù)據(jù)中,分析讀者對圖書的評分,通過協(xié)同過濾推薦算法并使用Mahout框架,在讀者檢索圖書時提供更加智能的檢索結(jié)果。另一方面根據(jù)檢索結(jié)果優(yōu)化算法對檢索結(jié)果進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,方便讀者檢索到對自己有用的圖書信息。本文主要討論使用協(xié)同過濾推薦技術(shù)并在Mahout框架的基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)并實現(xiàn)圖書的智能檢索系統(tǒng),達(dá)到為讀者提供優(yōu)化的檢索結(jié)果和個性化推薦信息的目的。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet technology, the demand for information and knowledge is expanding. How to provide users with more accurate and humanized retrieval results has become a hot research topic in information retrieval in recent years. It has played an important role in the digitization process of the library. The digitization of the library makes it easier and faster for readers to use the library, and improves the efficiency of the use of the library. However, the number of books stored in the library is increasing continuously. The management and service of libraries also need to be further improved to meet the needs of users and to make the construction of digital libraries face great challenges. This paper discusses how to mine readers' borrowing information by using data mining, how to use multi-dimensional scoring algorithm, and how to analyze the readers' scores on books from the historical data borrowed by readers, which provides a data basis for improving the service level of digital libraries. Through collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm and using Mahout framework, it provides more intelligent retrieval results when readers retrieve books. On the other hand, according to the optimization algorithm of retrieval results, the retrieval results are optimized. This paper mainly discusses how to develop and implement an intelligent book retrieval system based on Mahout framework, which is based on collaborative filtering and recommendation technology. The aim of this paper is to provide the readers with optimized retrieval results and personalized recommendation information.
