【摘要】：圖書館在社會中扮演了舉足輕重的角色,而且高等院校的文化就是通過高校圖書館來體現(xiàn),高校圖書館是高等學校的文獻信息中心,也是高校學生的第二課堂,高校圖書館員應當具備良好的道德素質(zhì)、淵博的科學文化知識、熟練的計算機操作能力,以適應時代的發(fā)展。在信息時代的大背景下,具有全面素質(zhì)的優(yōu)秀圖書館員是圖書館建設的必備人才,只有圖書館員達到能力全面,一專多能,而且知識儲備全面的高素質(zhì),才能滿足當下網(wǎng)絡時代對圖書館員人才的要求,因此如何提高圖書館員團隊的全面綜合素質(zhì),成為了圖書館員素質(zhì)教育的討論課題,這也將是未來圖書館教育的努力方向。本文查閱大量的文獻,了解目前國內(nèi)高校圖書館員的角色定位和職責,以教育部2015年頒布的《普通高等學校圖書館規(guī)程》以及相關國外圖書館員素質(zhì)評估標準為理論基礎,通過問卷調(diào)查的形式,了解信息時代下,用戶的新需求和對圖書館的期望。調(diào)查對象為安徽農(nóng)業(yè)大學圖書館,通過對用戶和館員的分別調(diào)查得到調(diào)查結果,分析圖書館員的角色現(xiàn)狀,了解圖書館針對目前的用戶需求所采取的應對措施以及改善情況。具體分析了高校圖書館員的角色和職責,并針對高校圖書館員角色和職責,分析如何有效的開展高校圖書館員的素質(zhì)教育以及高校圖書館員素質(zhì)教育的內(nèi)容和途徑。本文分為七個部分。第一部分為緒論,主要包括研究的目的及意義,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及研究方法和創(chuàng)新點。第二部分為對高校圖書館員素質(zhì)的概述,給予高校圖書館館員角色定位,高校圖書館館員素質(zhì)要求兩大核心概念的界定,并引出信息時代圖書館員的素質(zhì)要求。第三部分為具體研究內(nèi)容,即安徽農(nóng)業(yè)大學圖書館館員素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀,包括具體的調(diào)查方法、內(nèi)容及結果。第四部分為安徽農(nóng)業(yè)大學圖書館館員素質(zhì)與其他圖書館館員素質(zhì)比較,分別以安徽省圖書館、合肥師范學院圖書館、昆士蘭大學圖書館為例。第五部分為安徽農(nóng)業(yè)大學圖書館館員素質(zhì)存在的問題及成因,具體存在五個問題。第六部分針對第四部分的問題給出相應的解決對策,對策與問題一一對應。第七部分為全文的總結。
[Abstract]:The library plays an important role in the society, and the culture of the university is embodied through the university library. The university library is the document information center of the university and the second classroom of the college students. University librarians should have good moral quality, profound knowledge of science and culture, skilled computer operation ability, in order to adapt to the development of the times. Excellent librarians with comprehensive qualities are the necessary talents in library construction. Only when librarians achieve comprehensive ability, one specialty, and comprehensive knowledge reserve, can they meet the requirements of librarians in the current network age. Therefore, how to improve the comprehensive quality of the librarian team has become the discussion topic of the librarian quality education, which will also be the direction of the library education in the future. To understand the roles and responsibilities of librarians in colleges and universities at present, based on the rules of ordinary University Libraries promulgated by the Ministry of Education in 2015 and the quality evaluation standards of librarians in other countries, a questionnaire survey was conducted. To understand the new needs of users and their expectations for libraries in the information age. The object of investigation is the library of Anhui Agricultural University. Through the investigation of users and librarians, the present situation of librarians' roles is analyzed. This paper analyzes the roles and responsibilities of university librarians, and aims at the roles and responsibilities of university librarians. This article is divided into seven parts. The first part is the introduction, including the purpose and significance of the research. The second part is an overview of the quality of university librarians, the definition of the role of librarians in colleges and universities, and the definition of the two core concepts of the quality of university librarians. The third part is the concrete research content, that is, the present situation of the librarian quality of Anhui Agricultural University, including the specific investigation methods. The fourth part compares the quality of librarians of Anhui Agricultural University with that of other libraries. The fifth part is about the problems and causes of the librarians' quality of Anhui Agricultural University, and five specific problems exist. The sixth part gives the corresponding solutions to the problems in the fourth part. The seventh part is the summary of the whole paper.
