【摘要】：文章以新西蘭8所公立大學(xué)圖書館最新的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃為研究對象,應(yīng)用QRSNVivo 10.0質(zhì)性分析軟件對規(guī)劃文本進(jìn)行編碼和分析,總結(jié)和歸納各規(guī)劃中關(guān)于《懷唐伊條約》的遵守、民族平等的追求、服務(wù)多元化的支持、少數(shù)族裔員工的雇傭與發(fā)展、少數(shù)族裔資源建設(shè)和空間保障、少數(shù)族裔社區(qū)參與等少數(shù)族裔服務(wù)策略和規(guī)定,以期為我國圖書館少數(shù)民族用戶服務(wù)提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the latest strategic planning of eight public university libraries in New Zealand as the research object, uses QRSNVivo 10.0 qualitative analysis software to code and analyze the planning text, summarizes and sums up the compliance of the Treaty of Waitangi in each program.The pursuit of national equality, the support of service diversity, the employment and development of minority employees, the construction of minority resources and space security, the participation of minority communities and other minority service strategies and regulations,In order to provide reference and reference for the service of minority users in library of our country.
