高校圖書館數(shù)字閱讀推廣評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:在"全民閱讀"火熱發(fā)展的背景下,在中國(guó)各個(gè)地方的圖書館都開展了多種多樣的閱讀推廣活動(dòng)。同時(shí)隨著當(dāng)代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的飛速發(fā)展和普遍應(yīng)用,數(shù)字閱讀在國(guó)民閱讀中占的比例也越來越重了,特別是根據(jù)中國(guó)新聞出版研究院在第十三次全國(guó)國(guó)民閱讀調(diào)查報(bào)告中統(tǒng)計(jì)的數(shù)據(jù)顯示:我國(guó)國(guó)民的數(shù)字化閱讀率持續(xù)上升,數(shù)字化閱讀方式接觸率在2015年到達(dá)64.0%,比上升了 5.9個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。同時(shí)筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)字閱讀率第一次大于紙質(zhì)閱讀率。其中國(guó)家的成年人公民的網(wǎng)絡(luò)在線閱讀率首次達(dá)到51.3%,同比增長(zhǎng)1.9%;成年人公民的手機(jī)閱讀率達(dá)到60.0%,同比上升高達(dá)8.2個(gè)百分點(diǎn),電子閱讀器閱讀、Pad閱讀及光盤閱讀等都顯示為持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的形勢(shì)?梢园l(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)字閱讀已經(jīng)成為了"全民閱讀"活動(dòng)中的主要部分,那么作為培養(yǎng)國(guó)民高素質(zhì)人才的高校,對(duì)于高校圖書館的數(shù)字閱讀推廣已經(jīng)是非常重要的一部分內(nèi)容了,而高校圖書館開展的數(shù)字閱讀推廣活動(dòng)是否可以起到促進(jìn)閱讀的作用,是否可以使用戶的數(shù)字閱讀需求得到滿足,還沒有一個(gè)完整的數(shù)字閱讀推廣評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行評(píng)判。在這個(gè)背景下,本文構(gòu)建出一個(gè)較為完整的高校圖書館數(shù)字閱讀推廣活動(dòng)評(píng)價(jià)體系,以讀者的角度來對(duì)已有的高校圖書館數(shù)字閱讀推廣活動(dòng)評(píng)價(jià)其效果好壞。在本文中筆者通過自己對(duì)前人在相關(guān)方面的研究文獻(xiàn)整理和借鑒,提出數(shù)字閱讀推廣活動(dòng)評(píng)價(jià)體系的基本指標(biāo)建立,并與6位圖書館學(xué)領(lǐng)域的專家進(jìn)行討論和問卷調(diào)查分析,總結(jié)出了評(píng)價(jià)體系下的4個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo):服務(wù)資源與環(huán)境、推廣活動(dòng)內(nèi)容、推廣人員和活動(dòng)結(jié)果,及其下面的16個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)。再以武漢大學(xué),四川大學(xué),中山大學(xué),山東大學(xué),浙江大學(xué)這5所大學(xué)的圖書館及其讀者為實(shí)際案例,通過本文建立的數(shù)字閱讀推廣評(píng)價(jià)體系分別得出這5所大學(xué)的數(shù)字閱讀推廣評(píng)價(jià)總體得分。經(jīng)過統(tǒng)計(jì)分析各指標(biāo)的得分情況,對(duì)服務(wù)資源與環(huán)境、推廣活動(dòng)內(nèi)容、推廣人員和活動(dòng)結(jié)果這四個(gè)方面提出筆者的改進(jìn)意見?梢姳疚挠胁坏茇S富數(shù)字閱讀推廣研究的評(píng)價(jià)理論,還首次對(duì)新構(gòu)建的推廣評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行了實(shí)際案例分析和驗(yàn)證,既讓構(gòu)建的推廣評(píng)價(jià)體系有了跟多的案例支持,還讓高校圖書館對(duì)其推廣活動(dòng)有更多的改進(jìn)策略等創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the hot development of "reading for all", libraries in all parts of China have carried out a variety of reading promotion activities. At the same time, with the rapid development and universal application of the contemporary Internet, The proportion of digital reading in national reading is also becoming more and more heavy, especially according to the statistics of the Thirteenth National National Reading Survey of the China Institute of Press and publication: the digital reading rate of our country's citizens continues to rise. The contact rate of digital reading reached 64.0 percent in 2015, an increase of 5.9 percentage points. Meanwhile, the author found that the digital reading rate was higher than the paper reading rate for the first time. For the first time, the online reading rate of adult citizens in the country reached the rate of online reading for the first time. To 51.3%, an increase of 1.9% over the same period last year; the reading rate of adult citizens' mobile phones reached 60.0%, up 8.2% from the same period last year. E-reader reading, Pad reading and CD-ROM reading are both showing a situation of continuous growth. It can be found that digital reading has become a major part of the "national reading" campaign. The promotion of digital reading in university libraries is already a very important part of the content, and whether the digital reading extension activities carried out by university libraries can play a role in promoting reading, Whether users' digital reading needs can be satisfied, there is not a complete digital reading promotion evaluation system to judge. In this context, This paper constructs a relatively complete evaluation system of digital reading extension activities in university libraries. From the perspective of readers, the author evaluates the effect of digital reading extension activities of existing university libraries. In this paper, the author collates and draws lessons from the related research documents of predecessors. This paper puts forward the establishment of the basic index of the evaluation system of digital reading and extension activities, discusses with six experts in the field of library science and analyses the questionnaire, and summarizes the four primary indexes under the evaluation system: service resources and environment. The contents, staff and results of the promotion activities, and the 16 secondary indicators below. Then take the libraries and their readers of Wuhan University, Sichuan University, Sun Yat-sen University, Shandong University and Zhejiang University as practical cases. Through the digital reading extension evaluation system established in this paper, the total scores of the digital reading extension evaluation of the five universities are obtained respectively. Through the statistical analysis of the scores of each index, the contents of the service resources and the environment, and the extension activities are analyzed. This paper not only enriches the evaluation theory of digital reading promotion research, but also carries on the actual case analysis and the verification to the newly constructed extension evaluation system for the first time. It not only makes the construction of the extension evaluation system with more case support, but also allows the university library to improve its extension activities and other innovative points.
