【摘要】：第六次公共圖書館評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在具體指標(biāo)設(shè)置上分為基本分項(xiàng)指標(biāo)和加分項(xiàng)指標(biāo),文章立足于縣級(jí)公共圖書館面向基層的服務(wù)效能功能定位,具體從基本分項(xiàng)指標(biāo),加分項(xiàng)指標(biāo)兩個(gè)方面對(duì)縣級(jí)公共圖書館評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)做了詳細(xì)解讀。
[Abstract]:The sixth public library evaluation standard is divided into basic itemized index and added itemized index in the specific index setting. The article is based on the orientation of the service effectiveness function of county public library facing the grass-roots level, specifically from the basic itemized index.The evaluation standard of county public library is explained in detail in two aspects.
