【摘要】：圖書館開放獲取出版服務(wù)已成為時代發(fā)展的必然要求,研究國外基于OA2020的開放獲取出版模式,有助于促進我國圖書館更好地開展學(xué)術(shù)出版服務(wù)。本文在解讀OA2020的基礎(chǔ)上,分析國外開展開放獲取學(xué)術(shù)出版服務(wù)的具體模式:圖書館資助出版、眾籌出版、高校補貼出版,提出對我國圖書館開展學(xué)術(shù)出版服務(wù)的啟示:成立圖書館聯(lián)盟,加強與出版社、眾籌網(wǎng)站等機構(gòu)的合作,組建機構(gòu)知識庫等。
[Abstract]:The publishing service has become the inevitable demand of the times the library open access of foreign open access publishing model based on OA2020, helps to promote our library to better carry out academic publishing service. Based on the interpretation of OA2020 on the specific mode of analysis of foreign open access publishing services: Library sponsored publication, to raise public the publication of subsidies publishing, publishing services put forward to carry out academic enlightenment for our libraries: the establishment of library consortia, and strengthen the press website to raise public institutions such as cooperation, set up the institutional repository.
