基于日志挖掘的移動(dòng)應(yīng)用可用性評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:《第37次中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)告》顯示,截至2015年底我國(guó)手機(jī)網(wǎng)民數(shù)量已經(jīng)達(dá)到6億,移動(dòng)應(yīng)用的總體使用量上漲了58%。作為用戶網(wǎng)絡(luò)體驗(yàn)的重要部分——可用性已經(jīng)得到了包括騰訊、百度、阿里巴巴等互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的高度關(guān)注。目前,國(guó)外對(duì)網(wǎng)站和移動(dòng)應(yīng)用的可用性研究,無(wú)論在理論層面還是在產(chǎn)品的具體評(píng)價(jià)方面均取得了豐碩的成果。相較而言,我國(guó)在該領(lǐng)域的研究主要涉及導(dǎo)航設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)化、用戶體驗(yàn)的提升、基于使用效率的可用性研究等方面。圍繞移動(dòng)應(yīng)用的可用性主題尚缺乏重量級(jí)研究成果。據(jù)此,本文開(kāi)展了以下研究工作:(1)闡述了可用性的概念和評(píng)價(jià)模型,分析了移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn),對(duì)現(xiàn)階段移動(dòng)應(yīng)用可用性的研究屬性、內(nèi)容和方法進(jìn)行分析對(duì)比,對(duì)移動(dòng)產(chǎn)品的特性進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)。在借鑒前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用扎根理論,對(duì)文獻(xiàn)中提到的可用性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和測(cè)量參數(shù)進(jìn)行開(kāi)放式編碼,提取了95個(gè)概念,30個(gè)范疇,通過(guò)范疇之間的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系進(jìn)行了主軸編碼,確定了6個(gè)主研究范疇,建立了移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品的可用性評(píng)價(jià)模型。(2)采用層次分析法,通過(guò)專家打分確定了模型里每個(gè)指標(biāo)對(duì)可用性的影響系數(shù)。其中對(duì)可用性產(chǎn)生影響最大的分別是用戶完成任務(wù)的比例、完成任務(wù)的時(shí)間、用戶粘度、出錯(cuò)率,所占權(quán)重都在10%以上。(3)通過(guò)日志數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn)用戶的訪問(wèn)行為和訪問(wèn)態(tài)度。本文采用的日志數(shù)據(jù)是“掌上南大”移動(dòng)應(yīng)用的階段性數(shù)據(jù),具體工作包括:數(shù)據(jù)清洗、會(huì)話識(shí)別等;在得到結(jié)構(gòu)化的數(shù)據(jù)之后,對(duì)用戶訪問(wèn)模式進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則挖掘,發(fā)現(xiàn)頻繁訪問(wèn)集,構(gòu)建路徑訪問(wèn)圖;通過(guò)路徑訪問(wèn)圖,分析用戶的訪問(wèn)模式,對(duì)產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化提出建議。(4)提取日志里作為可用性評(píng)價(jià)的參數(shù),對(duì)產(chǎn)品整體可用性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)研究,即分析新舊版本在有效性、效率性、滿意度等方面的表現(xiàn)情況,把可用性評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)運(yùn)用到產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)里,提出了產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)該遵循的基本原則。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),本文構(gòu)建的評(píng)價(jià)體系與日志挖掘方法的結(jié)合可以大大提升可用性評(píng)價(jià)的效率和準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:The 37th Statistical report on the Development of China's Internet Network shows that by the end of 2015, the number of mobile phone users in China had reached 600 million. The overall usage of mobile applications has risen by 58%. As an important part of the user's network experience-usability has received high attention from Internet companies, including Tencent, Baidu, Alibaba, etc. At present, Research on usability of websites and mobile applications abroad has achieved fruitful results both in theory and in product evaluation. In contrast, the research in this field in China mainly involves the optimization of navigation design. The improvement of user experience, usability research based on usage efficiency and so on. There is a lack of heavyweight research results around the usability topic of mobile applications. Accordingly, the following research work is carried out in this paper: 1) the concept and evaluation model of usability are expounded. This paper analyzes the characteristics of mobile Internet products, analyzes and compares the research properties, contents and methods of mobile application usability at present, sums up the characteristics of mobile products. Based on the open coding of the usability evaluation indexes and measurement parameters mentioned in the literature, 95 concepts and 30 categories were extracted, and six main research categories were determined by the correlation relationship between categories. The usability evaluation model of mobile Internet products is established. (2) Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to evaluate the usability of mobile Internet products. The influence coefficient of each index on usability in the model is determined by experts, among which, the proportion of tasks completed by the user, the time to complete the task, the viscosity of the user, the error rate, the proportion of the users who have the greatest impact on the usability are respectively. The weight is above 10%.) the user's access behavior and attitude are discovered through log data. The log data used in this paper are the periodic data of "palm Nanda" mobile application, the specific work includes: data cleaning, session identification and so on; After obtaining structured data, mining association rules for user access patterns, discovering frequent access sets, constructing path access diagrams, analyzing user access patterns through path access diagrams, Put forward suggestions for product optimization. (4) extract the log as the parameters of usability evaluation, evaluate the overall usability of the product, that is, analyze the performance of the new and old versions in the aspects of effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, etc. The usability evaluation index is applied to product design, and the basic principles of product design are put forward. The combination of the evaluation system and log mining method can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of usability evaluation.
