【摘要】：高校博物館凝聚著歷史與文明,是一所大學(xué)不可或缺的重要財(cái)富,可以讓更多人共享精神遺產(chǎn),其存在對(duì)整個(gè)社會(huì)的文明進(jìn)步和學(xué)校發(fā)展都具有其它社會(huì)文化設(shè)施無法替代的意義。目前全國(guó)很多高等學(xué)校均建立了自己的博物館,毋容置疑,高校博物館的建設(shè)對(duì)于高校對(duì)外展示自身形象,對(duì)內(nèi)服務(wù)教學(xué)科研,都發(fā)揮了很大作用。作為博物館群體中的一種特殊類型,高校博物館的功能也越來越顯著。西部地區(qū)是指我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū),主要包括重慶市、四川省、貴州省、廣西壯族自治區(qū)等十二個(gè)地區(qū),由于這些地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)文化的不斷發(fā)展和國(guó)家的各項(xiàng)優(yōu)惠政策,出現(xiàn)了很多優(yōu)秀的高校博物館,如四川大學(xué)博物館、西北大學(xué)博物館、西北師范大學(xué)博物館、成都理工大學(xué)博物館、賀州學(xué)院族群文化博物館等等。但是從總體來說,西部地區(qū)高校博物館建設(shè)還存在很多問題,如建設(shè)相對(duì)滯后、與東部中部發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)發(fā)展差距大、西部地區(qū)各高校博物館之間發(fā)展不平衡等。很多高校已經(jīng)充分認(rèn)識(shí)到了博物館、展覽館對(duì)于自身文化建設(shè)的重要性,開始著手進(jìn)行這方面的工作。事實(shí)證明,在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展條件之下,西部地區(qū)高校開展博物館的建設(shè),已經(jīng)水到渠成,這也成為很多高校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的共識(shí)。本文試圖通過對(duì)西部地區(qū)高校博物館的調(diào)查研究,分析在現(xiàn)有的條件下高校博物館的發(fā)展情況,探究高校博物館發(fā)展遇到的“瓶頸”,提出適合各類型高校博物館發(fā)展策略。作為西部民族地區(qū),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展程度與東部發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)差別較大,社會(huì)特點(diǎn)不同,文化上具有自身特色,所以在博物館建設(shè)策略上并不能完全照搬其他地區(qū)乃至西方的經(jīng)驗(yàn),必須探索適合自身特點(diǎn)的發(fā)展路徑,搞清楚這個(gè)路徑,提出具體可行的措施,同時(shí)也為其他高校博物館的發(fā)展建設(shè)提供一定的參考。全文由緒論、正文、結(jié)語三部分組成,正文部分共分為四章。緒論部分主要包括選題背景、研究現(xiàn)狀以及博物館、高校博物館、高校、西部地區(qū)等相關(guān)概念闡述。第一章介紹了西部地區(qū)高校博物館建設(shè)的整體狀況,以及一些比較成功的典型案例,包括四川大學(xué)博物館、西北大學(xué)博物館、云南大學(xué)人類學(xué)博物館和賀州學(xué)院族群文化博物館以及正在建設(shè)中的廣西師范大學(xué)王城博物館。第二章詳細(xì)論述了西部地區(qū)高校博物館的特點(diǎn)、價(jià)值和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),通過對(duì)高校博物館資料的分析,對(duì)目前西部地區(qū)高校博物館的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了具體評(píng)述。第三章主要分析了西部地區(qū)高校博物館存在的問題。從目前高校博物館發(fā)展情況來看,普遍存在著如管理權(quán)限不清晰、重視程度不夠、體制機(jī)制不夠健全、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理理念難以創(chuàng)新等問題。第四章針對(duì)目前西部地區(qū)高校博物館所存在的問題,從宏觀和微觀兩個(gè)方面分析了如何促進(jìn)高校博物館進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。宏觀上,我國(guó)教育部與文化部要完善政策,明確高校博物館的管理歸屬,以便能從一個(gè)較高的位置對(duì)高校博物館發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀有個(gè)明確的認(rèn)識(shí),效仿發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)建立高校博物館聯(lián)盟,西部地區(qū)也可以成立高校博物館聯(lián)盟,促使西部地區(qū)高校博物館的發(fā)展更加專業(yè)化、規(guī)范化和制度化。
