【摘要】：針對當(dāng)前情報界出現(xiàn)的舍本逐末、鳩占鵲巢等現(xiàn)象,從情報3.0背景下情報生產(chǎn)線建設(shè)中遇到的困惑出發(fā),本文對情報定義進行了重新思考,并試圖依據(jù)情報定義,框定情報學(xué)研究邊界,提出情報學(xué)與其他科學(xué)的關(guān)系,厘清情報工作的根本和核心內(nèi)容,重新認(rèn)識情報機構(gòu)的歷史使命。
[Abstract]:In view of the phenomena such as shedding one's own shoes and occupying the nest in the field of intelligence at present, this paper reconsiders the definition of intelligence and tries to base on the definition of information, starting from the puzzlement encountered in the construction of intelligence production line under the background of information 3.0. The research boundary of information science is defined, the relationship between information science and other science is put forward, the fundamental and core contents of information work are clarified, and the historical mission of information organization is reunderstood.
