【摘要】：美國國會圖書館所藏明刻本《江漢堤防圖考》,是海內(nèi)外孤本。是書成于明隆慶二年(1568),圖考并重,內(nèi)容豐富,詳述明隆慶年間長江中游地區(qū)水利堤防形勢及治理過程。該書在清代、民國初年幾經(jīng)輾轉(zhuǎn),于1923年前后入藏美國國會圖書館。冀朝鼎《中國歷史上的基本經(jīng)濟區(qū)與水利社會》一書曾引用《圖考》內(nèi)容,并做了簡要介紹,由此引發(fā)了國內(nèi)學(xué)界對此書的種種推測。此書是了解明中期長江中游段河道變遷、堤防工程、治江策略和堤防管理的重要文獻(xiàn)資料,當(dāng)是目前所知現(xiàn)存最早的一部反映明中葉及以前長江中游地區(qū)水利堤防形勢的水利專著和圖集,對于長江水利史及中國古代地圖學(xué)史的研究具有重要價值。
[Abstract]:"the examination of the Dike of Jianghan", an engraved edition of the Library of Congress of the United States, is an isolated book at home and abroad. It is a book written by Yu Ming in the second year of Longqing, with equal emphasis on maps and examinations, and is rich in content. The situation and management process of water conservancy levees in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River during the Ming and Longqing years were described in detail. The book was tossed and turned several times in the Qing Dynasty and the early years of the Republic of China. He entered the Library of Congress of the United States around 1923. The book "the basic Economic Zone and Water Conservancy Society in the History of China" in Ji Chaoding cited the contents of "Tu Kao" and made a brief introduction. This book is an important document for understanding the river channel changes, embankment engineering, river management strategy and embankment management in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River in the middle part of the Ming Dynasty. It is of great value to study the history of Yangtze River water conservancy and the history of ancient Chinese cartography, which is the earliest known and existing monograph and atlas reflecting the situation of water conservancy levees in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and before the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
