【摘要】：本文從技術(shù)角度系統(tǒng)梳理國外現(xiàn)有主要科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享方案,將其歸納為四類:基于數(shù)據(jù)知識庫的共享方案、基于數(shù)據(jù)知識庫和開放數(shù)據(jù)集的注冊與目錄系統(tǒng)的共享方案、基于機構(gòu)知識庫聯(lián)盟的共享方案和基于科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的共享方案(以下簡稱"四類共享方案"),通過對每類方案及其代表性案例的技術(shù)實現(xiàn)進行剖析,對上述方案特點進行分析,從服務(wù)角度對代表性案例進行比較分析,總結(jié)方案帶來的啟示,為我國科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享工作進一步開展提供思路。
[Abstract]:This paper systematically combs the existing scientific data sharing schemes from the technical point of view and classifies them into four categories: the sharing schemes based on the data knowledge base, the registration scheme based on the data knowledge base and the open data set and the sharing scheme of the catalog system. The sharing scheme based on institutional knowledge base alliance and the sharing scheme based on scientific data infrastructure (hereinafter referred to as "four kinds of sharing schemes") are analyzed through the technical realization of each kind of scheme and its representative cases. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the above schemes, compares and analyzes the representative cases from the point of view of service, summarizes the enlightenment brought by the scheme, and provides ideas for the further development of scientific data sharing in China.
