【摘要】：[目的/意義]通過調(diào)查研究,探索適合國內(nèi)圖書館具有可操作性的數(shù)字資源使用統(tǒng)計方法,以期提高數(shù)據(jù)的準確性和可比性,支持數(shù)據(jù)資源采購、管理與服務。[方法/過程]通過問卷、訪談等方式調(diào)查了15家知名的中文數(shù)據(jù)庫商,分析其數(shù)字資源使用統(tǒng)計的現(xiàn)狀、問題和需求。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]發(fā)現(xiàn)僅同方知網(wǎng)一家通過COUNTER審核,4家遵循國內(nèi)相關(guān)標準;僅同方知網(wǎng)能提供統(tǒng)計平臺和日志信息;但統(tǒng)計功能均不夠完善;統(tǒng)計指標不規(guī)范;使用統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)應用廣泛,且普遍認為其準確、規(guī)范性對于圖書館和數(shù)據(jù)庫商雙方均非常重要。為規(guī)范中文數(shù)據(jù)庫使用統(tǒng)計,建議推動中文數(shù)據(jù)庫商遵循COUNTER標準,利用SUSHI統(tǒng)一收割使用統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),深化統(tǒng)計平臺功能。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to explore, through investigation and research, statistical methods suitable for the operational use of digital resources in domestic libraries, with a view to improving the accuracy and comparability of data and supporting the procurement of data resources, [methods / process] A survey of 15 well-known Chinese database providers through questionnaires, interviews and other methods was conducted to analyze the current situation of digital resource use statistics, Problems and requirements. [results / conclusions] it was found that only Tongfang knowledge Network one through COUNTER audit and four following the relevant domestic standards; only the same party knowledge network can provide statistical platform and log information, but the statistical function is not perfect, statistical indicators are not standardized; The use of statistics is widely used and generally considered accurate. Standardization is very important for both libraries and database providers. In order to standardize the use of statistics in Chinese databases, it is suggested to promote Chinese database providers to follow COUNTER standards. Use SUSHI to unify harvest and use statistical data, deepen the function of statistical platform.
