【摘要】：[目的 /意義]基于用戶服務(wù)視角,同濟(jì)大學(xué)圖書館開展"十三五"戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃研究,對未來圖書館的業(yè)務(wù)流程、空間布局、功能維度和服務(wù)導(dǎo)向進(jìn)行規(guī)劃,為國內(nèi)大學(xué)圖書館"十三五"時期的服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型和變革提供借鑒。[方法/過程]通過文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研和案例分析,分析多元化的空間布局原則,結(jié)合"十三五"時期的新型服務(wù)功能,探討空間功能的四個維度。以同濟(jì)大學(xué)圖書館為例,從業(yè)務(wù)流程和用戶服務(wù)兩個角度分析空間布局功能框架。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]大學(xué)圖書館空間布局的變革與服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型是密不可分的,同濟(jì)大學(xué)圖書館空間布局戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃研究,為空間再造提供必要的理論支持和實施保障,對大學(xué)圖書館"十三五"時期的服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] based on the perspective of user service, Tongji University Library carries out the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" strategic planning study, planning the future library business process, spatial layout, functional dimension and service orientation. This paper provides a reference for the service transformation and reform of the domestic university library during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. [methods / process] through literature research and case analysis, this paper analyzes the principle of pluralistic spatial layout, and combines the new service function of the 13th Five-Year Plan period. This paper discusses the four dimensions of spatial function. Taking Tongji University Library as an example, This paper analyzes the functional framework of spatial layout from two angles of business process and user service. [results / conclusion] the transformation of spatial layout of university library is closely related to the transformation of service, which is closely related to the strategic planning of spatial layout of university library. To provide the necessary theoretical support and implementation guarantee for the space reengineering, it has certain reference significance to the service transformation of the university library during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.
