【摘要】：為學(xué)校行政管理部門提供信息分析和決策支持服務(wù),是圖書館發(fā)揮人才優(yōu)勢、創(chuàng)新服務(wù)內(nèi)容、展示服務(wù)價值、提高影響力的機會。文章闡述了決策支持服務(wù)的定義、特色、與學(xué)科服務(wù)的聯(lián)系與區(qū)別等,通過對國內(nèi)部分高校圖書館開展的決策支持服務(wù)的調(diào)查分析,將該服務(wù)歸納為以科研數(shù)據(jù)整合為主的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)、以事實查詢?yōu)橹鞯倪M階檢索服務(wù)、以綜合研究報告為主的全面分析服務(wù)和以前沿預(yù)測為主的深層挖掘服務(wù)四個層次,最后指明了決策支持服務(wù)后續(xù)發(fā)展的方向和重點,為更多的圖書館開展相關(guān)服務(wù),促進圖書館工作的轉(zhuǎn)型和發(fā)展提供思路。
[Abstract]:Providing information analysis and decision support services for school administrative departments is an opportunity for libraries to give full play to the advantages of talents, innovate service content, display service value and improve their influence. This paper expounds the definition and characteristics of decision support services. Through the investigation and analysis of the decision support services carried out by some university libraries in China, the service is summed up as a basic data service based on the integration of scientific research data. The advanced search service based on fact query, the comprehensive analysis service based on comprehensive research report and the deep mining service based on forecast are four levels. Finally, it points out the direction and emphasis of the future development of decision support service. For more libraries to carry out related services, to promote the transformation and development of library work to provide ideas.
