【摘要】：[目的/意義]在高校機構(gòu)知識庫(IR)快速發(fā)展、京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展和高校"雙一流"建設(shè)背景下,研究京津冀高校IR協(xié)同建設(shè)模式。[方法/過程]首先回顧我國IR聯(lián)盟的總體建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,然后從組織模式、系統(tǒng)平臺、內(nèi)容模式、服務(wù)模式、配套機制等方面分析典型IR聯(lián)盟的建設(shè)模式,最后在調(diào)查京津冀三地高校IR建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀與難點的基礎(chǔ)上提出協(xié)同建設(shè)策略。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]京津冀高校IR協(xié)同建設(shè)應(yīng)加速高校IR普及建設(shè)、納入高校IR聯(lián)盟體系和借鑒IR聯(lián)盟成功經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] under the background of the rapid development of the institutional knowledge base (IRR), the cooperative development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and the construction of "double first-class" colleges and universities, This paper studies the IR cooperative construction model in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei colleges and universities. [methods / process] first review the overall construction status of IR alliance in China, then from the organizational model, system platform, content model, service model, Supporting mechanism and other aspects of the analysis of typical IR alliance construction model, Finally, on the basis of investigating the present situation and difficulties of IR construction in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the strategy of cooperative construction. [results / conclusion] the cooperative construction of IR in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei colleges and universities should accelerate the popularization of IR construction in colleges and universities. Bring into the IR alliance system of colleges and learn from the successful experience of IR alliance.
