【摘要】：當(dāng)今是個(gè)大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代,任何一種資源都可以數(shù)據(jù)的方式呈現(xiàn),人們?cè)诶眉易V時(shí)也會(huì)首先查詢相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)信息,再考慮是否翻閱原始文獻(xiàn)。作為以紙質(zhì)文獻(xiàn)為基礎(chǔ)的圖書(shū)館,應(yīng)該對(duì)所藏紙質(zhì)家譜進(jìn)行規(guī)范著錄,以簡(jiǎn)潔明了的數(shù)據(jù)形態(tài)呈現(xiàn)所藏家譜的存世狀況,來(lái)幫助世人尋根問(wèn)祖,亦使家譜得到更好的保護(hù)。家譜這種特殊的文獻(xiàn)傳承至今,尊崇有余,保護(hù)不力,造成殘卷、破損嚴(yán)重等情況,需要通過(guò)修復(fù)、數(shù)字化處理、建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)以及整理再版等方式來(lái)延續(xù)其生命,實(shí)現(xiàn)其可持續(xù)利用。
[Abstract]:Today is an era of big data, any kind of resources can be presented in the way of data, people will first query the relevant data information when using genealogy, and then consider whether to read the original documents. As a paper-based library, It is necessary to make a normative description of the printed genealogy in order to present the status of the existence of the family tree in a concise and clear data form, so as to help the people of the world to seek roots and ask their ancestors, and also to make the genealogy better protected. The family tree is a special document that has been passed on to this day. It is necessary to continue its life and realize its sustainable use by repairing, digitizing, establishing database and reprinting, etc.
