【摘要】:近年來,學(xué)校法律治理研究的相關(guān)文獻數(shù)量呈上升發(fā)展態(tài)勢,已經(jīng)形成了核心作者群和高產(chǎn)機構(gòu)群,研究集中于公立高校與政府的法律關(guān)系,民辦學(xué)校、公立中小學(xué)校和教師的法律地位,學(xué)生傷害事故與法律責(zé)任以及學(xué)校內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu)等,還應(yīng)在研究對象、研究方法、研究視角、人才隊伍建設(shè)等方面進行深化研究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of related documents on the study of school legal governance is on the rise, and has formed a core author group and a group of high-yielding institutions. The research focuses on the legal relationship between public universities and the government, and private schools. The legal status of public primary and secondary schools and teachers, student injury accidents and legal responsibilities, and the internal governance structure of the school should also be further studied in the aspects of research object, research method, research angle of view, construction of talent team and so on.
