【摘要】：信息技術(shù)發(fā)展的速度在今天已經(jīng)越發(fā)迅猛了,生活中的各行各業(yè)都離不開互聯(lián)網(wǎng)。高校圖書館也是如此,本文所談?wù)摰母咝D書館數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)應(yīng)該結(jié)合新興的信息技術(shù),建立與以往不同的服務(wù)模式,將以往的被動提供咨詢服務(wù)的模式改變成主動提供,這樣則可以更加適應(yīng)當(dāng)今社會的需求。圖書館從建設(shè)之初開始就是信息服務(wù)的主要提供者,在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的環(huán)境下,也衍生出了數(shù)字圖書館,其在生活中所被使用的頻率越來越高,在人們的生活中起到了非常重要的作用。其中圖書館的數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)可以為用戶排除使用上的煩惱,方便用戶的使用,這項(xiàng)服務(wù)已經(jīng)成為了信息資源與用戶的橋梁。本文在文章的開始主要是介紹了一些概念性的內(nèi)容,使得讀者可以對云計算以及高校圖書館數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)有一定的了解。在一開始的部分也羅列了部分高校圖書館數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)的在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)了很多目前該課題所存在的問題,并且提出相應(yīng)的解決方案。高校圖書館數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)對于實(shí)現(xiàn)信息資源的共享起到了非常重要的作用,先進(jìn)發(fā)達(dá)的高校圖書館數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)可以使得信息資源的被使用率獲得非常大的提高,同時與云計算技術(shù)結(jié)合,云平臺下的高校圖書館數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)將會呈現(xiàn)一種新型的服務(wù)形式,更加的全面和高效。目前在各大高校中,圖書館中信息資源的利用率仍然有待提高,提高了高校圖書館的數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)的效率就可以提高信息資源的利用率,因此研究云計算平臺下高校圖書館數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)模式的課題迫在眉睫。
[Abstract]:The speed of the development of information technology has become more and more rapid today, and all kinds of industries in life are inseparable from the Internet. So is the university library. The digital reference service of the university library discussed in this paper should be combined with the emerging information technology. The library has been the main provider of information services since the beginning of its construction, by changing the passive mode of providing advisory services into an active one, so that it can be more responsive to the needs of today's society. In the context of the Internet, digital libraries have also spawned, which are used more and more frequently in their daily lives. It plays a very important role in people's life. Among them, the digital reference service of the library can help users eliminate their troubles and make it easier for them to use. This service has become a bridge between information resources and users. So that readers can have a certain understanding of cloud computing and digital reference services in university libraries. At the beginning of the section, it also lists the development status of digital reference services in some university libraries at home and abroad. This paper finds out many problems existing in this subject and puts forward corresponding solutions. The digital reference service of university library plays a very important role in realizing the sharing of information resources. The advanced and developed digital reference service of university library can greatly improve the utilization rate of information resources, and combine with cloud computing technology at the same time. The digital reference service of university library under the cloud platform will present a new service form, which is more comprehensive and efficient. At present, the utilization rate of information resources in the library still needs to be improved. Improving the efficiency of the digital reference service of university library can improve the utilization rate of information resources, so it is urgent to study the digital reference service mode of university library under cloud computing platform.
