【摘要】：高職院校檔案信息化建設(shè)是高職院校發(fā)展的需要,也是高等教育發(fā)展的需要。高職院校是高等院校的重要組成部分,為國(guó)家培養(yǎng)高級(jí)應(yīng)用型人才。數(shù)字化校園在高職院校基本實(shí)現(xiàn)全覆蓋,為檔案管理信息化建設(shè)提供了可能。本論文主要從數(shù)字化校園和檔案信息化的概念、高職院校檔案信息化管理的意義、目前數(shù)字化高等職業(yè)院校的檔案信息化建設(shè)情況和出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題三方面進(jìn)行闡述基于數(shù)字化校園環(huán)境的高職院校檔案信息化建設(shè)研究,希望為研究檔案管理信息化建設(shè)的學(xué)者提供理論參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The information construction of archives in higher vocational colleges is not only the need of the development of higher vocational colleges, but also the need of the development of higher education. In this paper, the concept of digital campus and archival informatization is introduced, which provides the possibility for the construction of archives management information, and provides the basic coverage of digital campus in higher vocational colleges, and provides the possibility for the construction of file management information. The significance of archives information management in higher vocational colleges, the construction situation and problems of archives informatization in digital vocational colleges are discussed in three aspects: the research of archives informatization construction in higher vocational colleges based on digital campus environment. The author hopes to provide a theoretical basis for the study of the information construction of archives management.
