【摘要】：[目的/意義]對(duì)威脅情報(bào)概念和相關(guān)熱點(diǎn)問題進(jìn)行論述,為情報(bào)研究引入新的內(nèi)容和方法。[方法/過程]通過文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研、內(nèi)容分析等方法,在對(duì)威脅情報(bào)研究現(xiàn)狀、基本內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外威脅情報(bào)的熱點(diǎn)問題及未來研究重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)論述。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論](1)威脅情報(bào)對(duì)促進(jìn)信息安全管理范式的轉(zhuǎn)型、推動(dòng)國(guó)家信息安全協(xié)同治理、推進(jìn)信息安全全球治理體制的變革有重要意義;(2)威脅情報(bào)分析的流程主要包括:需求定義與計(jì)劃制定、來源選擇與信息采集、信息融合與數(shù)據(jù)清洗、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)與智能分析、人工分析與情報(bào)提煉、情報(bào)展示與成果傳遞六個(gè)環(huán)節(jié);(3)威脅情報(bào)在維護(hù)國(guó)家信息主權(quán)、重要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施信息安全管理、公共安全管理等方面正發(fā)揮著重要的作用;(4)威脅情報(bào)共享的制度保障、威脅情報(bào)的深度分析、威脅情報(bào)的隱私保護(hù)將成為未來的研究熱點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to discuss the concept of threat intelligence and related hot issues, and to introduce new contents and methods for information research. [methods / processes] through literature research, content analysis and other methods, the present situation of threat intelligence research is discussed. Based on the analysis of the basic connotation, this paper discusses in detail the hot issues and future research emphases of threat intelligence at home and abroad. [results / conclusions] 1) threat intelligence has promoted the transformation of information security management paradigm. The process of threat intelligence analysis mainly includes: requirement definition and planning, source selection and information collection. Information fusion and data cleaning, machine learning and intelligent analysis, manual analysis and information extraction, information display and information delivery are six links that threaten intelligence in safeguarding national information sovereignty and information security management in important infrastructure. The management of public security is playing an important role in the system of threat intelligence sharing, the in-depth analysis of threat information, and the privacy protection of threat information will become a hot research topic in the future.
