【摘要】：素質(zhì)檔案作為大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中的重要信息依據(jù),深刻反映了大學(xué)生的人才質(zhì)量。在大學(xué)生素質(zhì)檔案管理平臺(tái)的開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中,學(xué)校應(yīng)了解互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)所具備的優(yōu)勢(shì),分析平臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā)中存在的問(wèn)題,包括功能模塊利用不均衡、建檔程序不合理、相關(guān)制度不完善、檔案資源的整合力度不夠等,并制定出相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化措施,以提高檔案管理水平。
[Abstract]:As an important information basis in the process of college students' growth, quality archives deeply reflect the quality of college students' talents. In the course of the development of university students' quality archives management platform, schools should understand the advantages of the Internet platform. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of the platform, including unbalanced utilization of functional modules, unreasonable filing procedures, imperfect related systems, insufficient integration of archives resources, etc., and formulates corresponding optimization measures to improve the level of archives management.
