【摘要】：新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中公共信息服務(wù)能力與城市居民期望之間尚存在差距。目前,我國(guó)城市公共信息服務(wù)的幾類典型模式為政府部門—居民服務(wù)模式、政府部門—企業(yè)/第三部門—居民服務(wù)模式、企業(yè)/第三部門—居民服務(wù)模式以及其他公共信息服務(wù)模式。我國(guó)應(yīng)進(jìn)一步創(chuàng)新服務(wù)模式、因地制宜選擇發(fā)展模式并注重城市居民參與服務(wù)治理,以求為城市居民提供更為優(yōu)質(zhì)的公共信息服務(wù),提高城市公共服務(wù)水平,加快推進(jìn)信息化、新型城鎮(zhèn)化和新四化的協(xié)同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:There is still a gap between the ability of public information service and the expectation of urban residents in the process of new urbanization. Government department-enterprise / third sector-resident service model, enterprise / third sector-resident service model and other public information service modes. In order to provide better public information service for urban residents, improve the level of urban public services and accelerate the promotion of informatization, we should choose the development mode according to local conditions and pay attention to the participation of urban residents in service management. The coordinated development of new urbanization and the new four modernizations.
