基于RFID的低利用率文獻(xiàn)高密度存儲(chǔ)——上海大學(xué)圖書(shū)館RFID密集庫(kù)建設(shè)實(shí)踐

【摘要】:RFID技術(shù)應(yīng)用于圖書(shū)館已十年有余,RFID圖書(shū)也面臨著剔舊的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。如何對(duì)低利用率的RFID圖書(shū)進(jìn)行管理、如何對(duì)前期投入在RFID圖書(shū)中的財(cái)力與人力成本最大化的延續(xù)利用,是各高校圖書(shū)館亟待解決的問(wèn)題。本文以上海大學(xué)圖書(shū)館RFID密集庫(kù)建設(shè)實(shí)踐為例,將低利用率RFID圖書(shū)密集建庫(kù)儲(chǔ)存,充分利用RFID標(biāo)簽對(duì)圖書(shū)進(jìn)行定位,并將定位信息與Aleph系統(tǒng)整合,實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于Aleph系統(tǒng)的一站式管理與預(yù)約外借服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:RFID technology has been applied in libraries for more than ten years, and it is also facing the problem of weeding out the old ones. How to manage the low utilization ratio of RFID books, how to maximize the financial and human costs invested in RFID books, and how to make full use of them. This paper takes the construction practice of RFID intensive library of Shanghai University Library as an example, stores the low utilization ratio of RFID books, and makes full use of RFID tags to locate the books. The location information is integrated with the Aleph system to realize the one stop management and reservation loan service based on the Aleph system.
