【摘要】：正測(cè)繪檔案是國(guó)家的重要信息資源,在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)、國(guó)防建設(shè)和社會(huì)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著不可或缺的重要作用。但長(zhǎng)期以來對(duì)測(cè)繪地理信息檔案管理工作還存在對(duì)其重要性認(rèn)識(shí)不足、經(jīng)費(fèi)投入不到位、信息化水平不高等問題,與測(cè)繪地理信息檔案現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)要求、與提升測(cè)繪地理信息服務(wù)保障力度要求還有相當(dāng)大的差距。山東省測(cè)繪資料檔案館館藏檔案數(shù)量大,存放介質(zhì)各異,其大小、厚薄、保存年代、質(zhì)量情況都不盡相同。由于長(zhǎng)期以來測(cè)繪檔案技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更新緩慢,現(xiàn)存檔案資料缺乏統(tǒng)一的分類體系;目前館藏資料的管理大多仍以手工管理為主,查詢統(tǒng)計(jì)困難,且不利于檔案原件的保存;同時(shí),由于館藏資料多以紙質(zhì)等介質(zhì)存儲(chǔ),
[Abstract]:The archives of surveying and mapping are the important information resources of the country, in the construction of the national economy, National defense construction and social development play an indispensable and important role. However, for a long time, there are still some problems in the management of surveying and mapping geographic information archives, such as insufficient understanding of its importance, lack of investment in funds, low level of information technology, etc. There is still a considerable gap between the requirements of modernization of surveying and mapping geographic information archives and the requirements of enhancing the guarantee of surveying and mapping geographic information services. Shandong surveying and Mapping Archives has a large number of archives, different storage media, and its size and thickness. Due to the slow updating of the technical standards of surveying and mapping archives for a long time and the lack of a unified classification system for the existing archival materials, the management of most of the collection materials is still dominated by manual management, so it is difficult to query and statistics. And it is not conducive to the preservation of the original archives. At the same time, due to the fact that most of the materials in the library are stored in paper and other media,
