【摘要】：[目的/意義]移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)和信息消費(fèi)的發(fā)展為圖書館移動閱讀發(fā)展提供了良好條件,研究圖書館移動閱讀服務(wù)的用戶接納行為影響因素對推動圖書館移動服務(wù)功能建設(shè)有重要意義。[方法/過程]基于TAM和ISSM,構(gòu)建圖書館移動閱讀影響因素模型,運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查法和結(jié)構(gòu)方程法,針對典型用戶群體發(fā)放問卷,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果表明,感知易用性、感知有用性、信息有用性、內(nèi)部環(huán)境質(zhì)量、外部環(huán)境質(zhì)量均對移動服務(wù)閱讀使用態(tài)度產(chǎn)生正向影響,信息時效性對用戶采納態(tài)度不產(chǎn)生影響;用戶移動服務(wù)閱讀使用態(tài)度對移動服務(wù)閱讀采納行為產(chǎn)生正向影響。分析結(jié)果可為我國公共圖書館和高校圖書館了解移動閱讀中的用戶行為特征,采取相應(yīng)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級策略起到一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] the development of mobile Internet technology and information consumption has provided good conditions for the development of mobile reading in libraries. It is important to study the influencing factors of user acceptance behavior in library mobile reading service. [methods / process] based on TAM and ISSM, the model of influencing factors of library mobile reading is constructed. By using the method of questionnaire and structural equation, the data analysis is carried out for typical user groups. [results / conclusions] data analysis results show that perceived usability, perceived usefulness, information usefulness, internal environmental quality, The quality of external environment has a positive effect on the attitude of mobile service reading, while the timeliness of information has no effect on the attitude of user adoption. The user's reading attitude of mobile service has a positive effect on the adoption of mobile service reading. The results of the analysis can help public libraries and university libraries to understand the characteristics of user behavior in mobile reading. Adopt the corresponding transformation and upgrade strategy to play a certain guiding role.
