【摘要】：進入到新世紀以來,黑龍江省的基礎公共數(shù)字文化服務體系一直穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。隨著網(wǎng)絡數(shù)字文化和信息化的高速發(fā)展,基礎公共數(shù)字文化服務體系各個方面也在逐步完善的過程中,黑龍江省作為中國基礎公共數(shù)字文化的發(fā)展大省,不但做到了基礎方面的公共數(shù)字文化初步建設,更為改善公共信息化服務,促進信息資源整合,加強公共數(shù)字文化服務基礎化建設和為把公共數(shù)字文化送入黑龍江省的千家萬戶作出了貢獻。但是,就中國基礎公共數(shù)字文化服務體系的建設來說,與一些發(fā)達國家還有不小的差距,文章結(jié)合黑龍江的基礎公共數(shù)字文化服務的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,深刻分析了黑龍江省目前的基礎公共數(shù)字文化服務體系建設模式,并針對此提出了黑龍江省基礎公共數(shù)字文化服務體系建設與發(fā)展的相關建議。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, the basic public digital culture service system of Heilongjiang Province has been developing steadily. With the rapid development of network digital culture and information technology, All aspects of the basic public digital culture service system are also in the process of gradually consummating. Heilongjiang Province, as a big province of the development of China's basic public digital culture, has not only achieved the initial construction of the basic public digital culture. To further improve public information services, to promote the integration of information resources, to strengthen the basic construction of public digital cultural services and to contribute to sending public digital culture to thousands of families in Heilongjiang Province. As far as the construction of China's basic public digital cultural service system is concerned, there is still not a small gap with some developed countries. This article combines the current situation of the development of basic public digital cultural services in Heilongjiang. This paper deeply analyzes the construction mode of the basic public digital culture service system in Heilongjiang Province, and puts forward some relevant suggestions for the construction and development of the basic public digital culture service system in Heilongjiang Province.
