【摘要】：隨著高校科研人員對(duì)科研數(shù)據(jù)管理與共享的需求日趨提升,實(shí)施高�？蒲袛�(shù)據(jù)機(jī)構(gòu)庫(kù)的共建共享成為滿足此需求的必由之道。文章通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查方式分析我國(guó)高�？蒲腥藛T的科研數(shù)據(jù)獲取、管理和保存現(xiàn)狀、機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫(kù)使用現(xiàn)狀、向機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫(kù)提交科研數(shù)據(jù)的意愿、對(duì)建立高校科研數(shù)據(jù)機(jī)構(gòu)庫(kù)聯(lián)盟的態(tài)度,以考察、剖析在我國(guó)建立高校科研數(shù)據(jù)機(jī)構(gòu)庫(kù)聯(lián)盟的必要性,并識(shí)別聯(lián)盟建設(shè)中面臨的障礙與挑戰(zhàn),以期為我國(guó)高�？蒲袛�(shù)據(jù)機(jī)構(gòu)庫(kù)聯(lián)盟的建設(shè)提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand of scientific research personnel for scientific research data management and sharing, It is necessary to implement the co-construction and sharing of scientific research data bank in colleges and universities to meet this demand. This paper analyzes the status quo of scientific research data acquisition, management and preservation of scientific research personnel in colleges and universities in China, and the use of institutional knowledge base through questionnaire survey. The willingness to submit scientific research data to the institutional knowledge base, the attitude towards establishing the alliance of scientific research data institutions in colleges and universities, and the necessity of establishing the alliance of scientific research data institutions in colleges and universities in China are analyzed in this paper. It also identifies the obstacles and challenges faced in the construction of the alliance in order to provide a reference for the construction of the alliance of scientific research data institutions in colleges and universities in China.
