【摘要】：探析用戶使用個(gè)人云存儲服務(wù)的影響因素,促進(jìn)用戶采納云存儲服務(wù),為個(gè)人云存儲市場發(fā)展提供決策依據(jù)。在分析4份個(gè)人云存儲市場研究報(bào)告實(shí)踐數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,采用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型方法,挖掘用戶使用個(gè)人云存儲服務(wù)的影響因素,并進(jìn)一步厘清各影響因素之間的層次結(jié)構(gòu)和相互作用關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):會(huì)員服務(wù)是影響用戶使用個(gè)人云存儲服務(wù)的根本因素,通過多條路徑影響用戶使用個(gè)人云存儲服務(wù);安全性、穩(wěn)定性、服務(wù)價(jià)格、智能識別、高效分享、處理速度、產(chǎn)品品牌為直接影響因素;數(shù)據(jù)管理、授權(quán)訪問、初始存儲空間、空間擴(kuò)容、上傳下載速度、同步性支持、服務(wù)連續(xù)性、硬件性能是間接影響因素。
[Abstract]:On the influence factors of users of personal cloud storage service, promote the adoption of cloud storage services, to provide decision-making basis for personal cloud storage market development. In the analysis of 4 copies of personal cloud storage Market Research Report of practice on the basis of data, using the method of interpret structure model, influence factors of mining user personal cloud storage service, and further clarify the hierarchical structure between each factor and interaction. It is found that the membership service is the fundamental factor affecting the users of personal cloud storage service, using a cloud storage service through multiple paths affect the user; safety, stability, service price, intelligent recognition, efficient sharing, processing speed, product brand is the direct influencing factors; data management, authorized access, initial storage space, space expansion, upload and download speed, synchronization support, service continuity, hardware performance is indirect Influencing factors.
