【摘要】：[目的/意義]開展讀者關(guān)系管理有利于培養(yǎng)、維系、增進(jìn)組織與讀者的緊密關(guān)系,提升讀者參與度與活躍度,改進(jìn)組織閱讀推廣績效。[方法/過程]從關(guān)系管理的理論出發(fā),闡述在閱讀推廣過程中開展讀者關(guān)系管理的內(nèi)涵、意義及系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)特征,并提出實現(xiàn)路徑。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]融入社交媒體,擴(kuò)大讀者管理途徑;注重讀者數(shù)據(jù)管理,優(yōu)化讀者關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系;轉(zhuǎn)變核心讀者為推廣者,開展協(xié)同管理服務(wù);提供極致閱讀體驗,培育讀者忠誠度將是實現(xiàn)讀者關(guān)系管理的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance: to develop reader relationship management is beneficial to cultivate, maintain, enhance the close relationship between organization and readers, enhance reader participation and activity, and improve organizational reading promotion performance. [method / process] based on the theory of relationship management, This paper expounds the connotation, significance and system structure of the reader relationship management in the process of reading promotion, and puts forward the way to realize it. [results / conclusions] integrate into social media, expand the approach of reader management, and pay attention to the management of reader data. Optimizing the relationship between readers, transforming the core readers into promoters, developing cooperative management services, providing the best reading experience and cultivating readers' loyalty will be an effective way to realize the management of readers' relationship.
