【摘要】：檔案資源整合不單是聚集分散的檔案實(shí)體,整合背后的調(diào)控機(jī)制飽含權(quán)力的色彩。本文從微觀結(jié)構(gòu)切入,論證檔案確保權(quán)力的合法性;在中觀空間分析檔案資源整合的表象,提出其背后的調(diào)控機(jī)制是檔案資源占有者支配權(quán)力的相互作用,并探討了權(quán)力博弈的成因;從宏觀視角提出保證權(quán)力的正確行使要以保障公民權(quán)利為先導(dǎo)和遵循法律的規(guī)范。
[Abstract]:The integration of archival resources is not only the gathering and dispersing of archival entities, but also the regulation mechanism behind the integration is full of the color of power. This paper analyzes the representation of the integration of archival resources from the microscopic structure to prove the legitimacy of the archives to ensure the power, and to analyze the representation of the integration of archival resources in the meso-space. The author puts forward that the control mechanism behind it is the interaction of the dominating power of the occupant of archives resources, and probes into the causes of power game, and puts forward from the macroscopic angle that the proper exercise of power should be guided by the protection of civil rights and follow the norms of law.
