【摘要】：[目的/意義]本文基于學(xué)術(shù)跡和學(xué)術(shù)矩陣的學(xué)術(shù)測度測算國內(nèi)航空、航天領(lǐng)域期刊的學(xué)術(shù)矩陣參數(shù)和學(xué)術(shù)跡,實證探索研究期刊評價的可行性和有效性,為學(xué)術(shù)跡和學(xué)術(shù)矩陣學(xué)術(shù)測度方法對期刊各類學(xué)術(shù)成就進(jìn)行量化評估,充分展現(xiàn)期刊整體學(xué)術(shù)水平提供了一種更為行之有效的方法,提高并深化了學(xué)術(shù)評價的直觀性和全面性。[方法/過程]以國內(nèi)航空、航天領(lǐng)域的10種核心科研期刊為研究對象,以CNKI數(shù)據(jù)庫為數(shù)據(jù)來源,采集10種期刊的可被引論文數(shù)、零引論文數(shù)、h指數(shù)、總被引數(shù)和h域引文數(shù)5個獨立數(shù),基于學(xué)術(shù)跡和學(xué)術(shù)矩陣的學(xué)術(shù)測度測算它們的學(xué)術(shù)矩陣參數(shù)和學(xué)術(shù)跡,實證探索研究期刊評價的可行性和有效性。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]通過學(xué)術(shù)跡的動態(tài)變化趨勢比較發(fā)現(xiàn)它們的學(xué)術(shù)跡整體呈發(fā)散狀走勢,有效學(xué)術(shù)貢獻(xiàn)的累積期至少需要2~3年;學(xué)術(shù)矩陣的各項指標(biāo)能夠在一定程度上詮釋期刊之間差異產(chǎn)生的原因,并主要從總學(xué)術(shù)貢獻(xiàn)、發(fā)文的即時關(guān)注度、學(xué)術(shù)潛力爆發(fā)期和整體發(fā)文水平等方面對期刊學(xué)術(shù)成就差異進(jìn)行總結(jié)。這對于學(xué)術(shù)期刊提升自身學(xué)術(shù)水平及科研影響力起到了客觀且正確的敦促作用。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] based on the academic measurement of academic track and academic matrix, this paper calculates the academic matrix parameters and academic traces of domestic aviation and aerospace journals, and explores the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation of journals empirically. It provides a more effective method for the quantitative evaluation of academic achievement of various journals and the full display of the academic level of the journal, as well as for the academic measurement method of academic track and academic matrix. The intuitionism and comprehensiveness of academic evaluation have been improved and deepened. [methods / process] taking 10 core scientific research journals in domestic aviation and aerospace fields as research objects, taking CNKI database as data source, collecting citation papers of 10 kinds of journals, The number of zero citation papers is h exponent, total citation number and h field citation number are 5 independent numbers. Based on the academic measure of academic track and academic matrix, their academic matrix parameters and academic traces are calculated. [results / conclusion] by comparing the dynamic trends of academic track, it is found that their academic track as a whole has a divergent trend, and the cumulative period of effective academic contribution needs at least 2 ~ 3 years. The indicators of the academic matrix can explain to a certain extent the causes of the differences between journals, and mainly from the overall academic contribution, the immediate attention of the publication, This paper sums up the differences of academic achievements in the period of academic potential outburst and the whole publishing level, which plays an objective and correct role in promoting the academic level and scientific research influence of academic journals.
