【摘要】：計量技術(shù)檔案除了可以顯示出技術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)行的情況,方便工作人員及時發(fā)現(xiàn)并調(diào)整體系運(yùn)行過程中存在的問題,使所有工作有序進(jìn)行以外,還為日常檢定工作的溯源和改進(jìn)提供了主要憑證和強(qiáng)大動力。在計量事業(yè)發(fā)展的同時,檔案管理也發(fā)揚(yáng)著其日益重要的作用,怎樣管理好計量技術(shù)檔案是當(dāng)前依法治檢中不可或缺的一項重要工作,該篇文章將圍繞計量技術(shù)單位該怎樣安排有限的人力資源,做好各項檔案管理工作,保證在常規(guī)工作有條不紊的進(jìn)行的同時,能科學(xué)化妥善保管各種工作檔案來談?wù)勛约旱睦斫狻?br/>[Abstract]:In addition to showing the operation of the technical institutions and facilitating the staff to discover and adjust the problems existing in the operation of the system in time, the metrology technology archives can make all work in an orderly manner. It also provides the main credentials and powerful impetus for the tracing and improvement of the daily verification work. As the metrology career develops, archives management also carries forward its increasingly important role. How to manage the metrology archives well is an indispensable work in the current administration of procuratorate according to law. This article will focus on how to arrange the limited human resources of the metrological technical units and do a good job in the management of all kinds of archives. Make sure that you can keep all kinds of work files scientifically and properly to talk about your understanding while the routine work is carried out methodically.
