【摘要】：檔案館是特定社會文化語境下的產(chǎn)物,接受并反映其所依賴的社會文化。但它不是一種被動的存在,它能動地在檔案收集中通過收集什么、不收集什么來強化某種文化并弱化某種文化存在;在檔案保管中通過對檔案信息的整理與組織來凸顯什么檔案是有價值的什么檔案是無價值的;在檔案服務(wù)中通過對某些服務(wù)對象與服務(wù)功能的偏向來執(zhí)行其服務(wù)理念,并在這些程序中彰顯自己對社會文化的理解。
[Abstract]:Archives are the products of a particular sociocultural context. They accept and reflect the social culture on which they depend. But it is not a passive existence. Not collecting what to strengthen a certain culture and weakening the existence of a certain culture, through the archival information collation and organization to highlight what archives are valuable which archives are of no value; In the archival service, the service concept is carried out through the bias of some service objects and service functions, and their understanding of social culture is demonstrated in these programs.
