【摘要】：為推進我國工程建設工法的開發(fā)和應用,促進企業(yè)加大技術創(chuàng)新力度和技術積累,住房城鄉(xiāng)建設部制定了《工程建設工法管理辦法》(建質[2014]103號),其中要求國家級工法申報單位需要提交科技查新報告�？萍疾樾�,是科技查新機構以反映查新項目主題內容的查新點為依據,以計算機檢索為主要手段,以獲取密切相關文獻為檢索目標,運用綜合分析和對比方法,對查新項目的新穎性作出文獻評價的情報咨詢服務。對工法查新文獻進行綜述分析,并從申報工法企業(yè)角度提供查新合同提交建議,協(xié)助企業(yè)順利完成國家級工法申報。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the development and application of engineering construction methods in China, and to promote enterprises to increase technological innovation and technology accumulation, The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction has formulated the "measures for the Administration of Engineering Construction methods" (Jian Qui [2014] 103), which requires national industrial law declaration units to submit scientific and technological novelty retrieval reports. It is a scientific and technological novelty retrieval institution based on the novelty points reflecting the subject content of the novelty retrieval project, taking computer retrieval as the main means, taking the acquisition of closely related documents as the retrieval objective, and using comprehensive analysis and comparison methods. This paper provides the information consulting service to evaluate the novelty of the novelty searching project. The review and analysis of the literature on the novelty retrieval of the engineering method are carried out, and suggestions are provided from the point of view of the enterprise for the application of the new method, so as to assist the enterprise to complete the declaration of the national work law successfully.
